phòng quá rộng , nhưng không có đồ đạc trang trí đáng giá với 4 sao, không có gương soi trong phòng ngủ. phòng vệ sinh cung rộng nhưng quá sơ sài không có bồn tắm.. dịch vụ spa phù hợp với giá cả. tôi không mua combo nên phí phòng mất 2.3 triệu/ phòng / đêm, cảm thấy là đắt so với dịch vụ được hưởng.

năm kia đã đi rồi thấy ổn nên năm nay tranh thủ xả hơi 3 ngày 2 đêm quay lại. 2 năm chắc do dịch nên khung cảnh vẫn như trước, không thêm hạng mục gì. cảnh vẫn đẹp. nhưng nhận phòng thì nhiều kiến, đặt cái bánh mì lên bàn thôi mà nửa tiếng đã bị kiến bu. giường thì nằm ngứa và cảm giác con gì bò, rất buồn. đêm đầu tiên không ngủ nổi vì cảm giác đó. phải bỏ chăn và ga xuống mới ngủ được lúc. sáng ra 6h điện cho lê tân phản ánh thì được vệ sinh lại. đến trưa thì không thấy bị ngứa nữa. đồ ăn sáng vẫn như trước, ok ổn và khá ngon. nhưng nhìn chung 3 ngày nghỉ không được vui vì 1 đêm mất ngủ (thực ra chỉ 2 ngày 1 đêm, chiều ngày t2 nhà mình trả phòng vì sợ đêm thứ 2 mà mất ngủ nữa chắc chết hic). có thể là không may mình dính phải phòng có vấn đề nhưng đây là cảm nhận và đánh giá của mình cho kỳ nghỉ lần này tại đây. lần trước thì rất tốt

I have 2 rooms, 1 room 829 does not have hot water, the receptionist told me to open the water from 20 minutes to have it. 1 room on the 2nd floor of 830 is the bamboo grove so the room is dark and without any view, the hotel says not to give

People carefully check the list of available rooms in the room, so they won't be penalized for irresponsible room service personnel. The tram service is also very bad, calling for a long car without seeing it, finally walking on its own. The outdoor pool smells of chemicals, the toilet smells strongly ... max disappointed. Never come back for the second time.

The procedure for checking in more than 1 hour, Serena said because the agent has not reported the customer code to Serena. Do not understand how real damage. Wait more than 1 hour but too inhibited. Probably not set for the second time

Our team moved to Serena at 1:20 pm, according to the check-in schedule is 14:00. But when entering the check-in, the hotel responded that it assists guests with booking directly in advance. We waited until more than 14:00, came to check in. The hotel side reported not receiving our information through the agent. The agent works through a certain intermediary, the management of the parties does not have a specific coordination and cooperation. That led to the hotel staff announcing that they had not received any accurate information about the rooms booked through the agent. We waited until nearly 15 o'clock, young children, elderly and pregnant women, were very tired and quite frustrated about the service as well as the association. Really very unhappy.

Honestly, I'm not happy with this trip. I have booking excutive for 3 days 2 nights, adding extra bed is 3 people / room. Do not understand because the guests are too crowded or why I see the service of the hotel is not attentive. My room is a 2-storey building that looks quite old. The window outside is broken, the wall is damp and moldy (I didn't take the picture). Contacting the reception is quite time consuming. On the last day, the hotel communications system went wrong, I had to use my mobile to call the receptionist to call the car to the lobby. Sometimes calling the receptionist does not listen to the phone even though there are always people on duty. Because the hotel is too far away, 3 meals are served at the hotel. Advise people to order first, otherwise because too many hotels will recommend fast cooking dishes such as white rice, omelette, bacon. More time-consuming items should be reserved in advance. Checkout day really makes me unhappy. The story is in the room with the hotel's pot of potato snacks. My whole family doesn't eat but when I check out the inventory, I find it in the bill. After a bit of controversy, the hotel minus snack money. However, I'm quite unhappy about this. Also advised the hotel to check out and check in more carefully to avoid such cases. Pool water is quite dirty. But the picture is very beautiful. Long service cafeteria, cleaning staff is quite slow.

The receptionist's attitude was unsatisfied. The pool is overcrowded and there is no towel. Food quality is suck too. Room is large and okay.
