The experience was okay except that the hotel had very few electrical outlets and the location of the outlets was very inconvenient. The hot sun at noon made the room hot, and it was extremely difficult to find a place to plug in the fan. The staff had almost no way to help guests.

The hotel is located very close to the center. Very convenient to travel. The service is very good. The room is very spacious, the bed is large. The only sad thing is that the 2-bed room does not have a view of the hill. I booked a room that included a breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was only about 4/10 points, the food was a bit small and there were not many choices, I just stopped by the breakfast buffet to have a cup of coffee and then decided to go out to eat.

The room is not airy and has a fishy smell. When I asked to change rooms, the staff quoted an increase of 200k while on Traveloka, the difference between my room and the room I needed to change to was a few dozen?

New hotel. Beautiful. Nice view. Fresh air, quiet for resting. Close to the center but not crowded. The chef cooks very well and politely. 10 points for the kitchen but the room attendants should pay attention to the bed sheets and pillows, there are often hair and old hair left, which makes the initial feeling disgusting. The only minus point

The staff is lovely and enthusiastic, the accommodation is clean, every morning the cleaning lady will knock on the door to change the towels for the room. The balcony view is very beautiful and poetic, the location is convenient and easy to find, and it is also very close to the center. The personal experience is great. Will come back.

- Convenient location, well-ventilated hotel. I stayed in a room with a balcony, which was very airy, even though the room was small, and I liked the view overlooking the hills. - The hotel's problem is that the soundproofing is very poor. This room can clearly hear what the other room is saying. You only need to speak a little loudly to be heard even when all the doors are closed. Second, the breakfast is poor and not delicious. Bananas can still be left until ripe. Wifi is weak and intermittent

While I enjoyed my stay in Dalat and the helpful front staffs, I was not satisfied with the hotel. The room was booked for 4 people, but it only prepared for 2 and the restroom was not clean as well.
