Having been to many hotels in Hanoi, Bloom is the place I am most satisfied with, the receptionist is cute and small, near the hotel with many amenities, the rooms are extremely clean because I am a fastidious person. Now when I go to Hanoi, I will only stay at Bloom. A small suggestion for the hotel, so change the scent of essential oils in the room, everything is 100% perfect.

The Bloom clearly states that there is a parking space and is limited in number, so there may be some guests who will have to park their cars at the parking lot. Ấn tượng đầu tiên của mình về The bloom là tất cả các nhận viên từ lễ tân, bảo vệ và nhân viên nhà hàng đều rất lễ phép, nhiệt tình, làm cho mình luôn cả thấy rất dễ chịu Phòng được trang trí rất ấm cúng, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Nhà hàng mới mở nên ăn rất ok, đặc biệt nhạc ở nhà hàng mở rất hay. Khách sạn được chú ý đến từng chi tiết rất nhỏ. Cảm ơn the bloom đã cho mình những ngày nghỉ ngơi thực sự thoải mái!
