The Costa Nha Trang Residences

Upon check-in, you are required to bring All guests from the People's Republic of China and the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau, must present a Covid-19 negative PCR test result within three (3) days of checking in to The Costa Nha Trang Residences. Guests who recovered from Covid-19 within the last 180 days must present a recovered certificate and do not require to submit a Covid-19 negative PCR test result.. Please bring the required documents in hard copy.

You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed. Breakfast (optional) will be charged at VND 160,000 per adult, VND 90,000 per child.
Children under 6 years old stay for free if using existing bed.
Children from 6 under 15 years old (using existing bed) will be charged additionally upon check-in.
Children 15 years and over are counted as adults and must use an extra bed. The fee of extra bed is dependent on the type of room you choose.
All guests must produce identification of their residential address on check in and any guests from COVID-19 infected areas will be denied check in. The Costa Nha Trang reserves the right to deny check in and request any guest to vacate the hotel at any time. Guests must provide the below documents for registration: 1. Health Declaration approved by the KHG CDC 2. Covid Negative Certificate within the last 48 hours 3. Residential address proof (family book for where they live)

The Costa Nha Trang có quyền từ chối nhận phòng và yêu cầu bất kỳ khách nào rời khỏi khách sạn bất cứ lúc nào. Khách phải cung cấp các tài liệu dưới đây để đăng ký nhận phòng: 1. Tuyên bố sức khỏe được KHG CDC phê duyệt 2. Chứng chỉ Âm tính Covid trong vòng 48 giờ qua 3. Chứng minh địa chỉ cư trú (sổ gia đình nơi họ sống)
Applicable for Adults or Children from 12 year of ages 1. ‘GREEN VACCINE PASS' • Fully vaccinated (2 full vaccine doses with the last dose being more than 14 days ago and less than 12 months ago) or • Fully recovered from Covid Guest (within the last 6 months) + Recovery Certificate 2. ‘YELLOW VACCINE PASS' • One dose vaccine (1 full vaccine dose being more than 14 days ago and less than 12 months ago) • Plus a negative PCR or Rapid Covid19 Certificate (taken less than 48 hours before check in) (Please note that both these documents must be held by each 'yellow pass' guest to check into the hotel) 3. Medical declaration on PC Covid application on Moblile 4. All customers when entering and traveling in any area in the building must wear a mask and implement the Ministry of Health's 5K regulations as well as CDC Khanh Hoa regulations. 5. The hotel will check the Green Card / Covid-19 Yellow Card, the test paper, temperature of each guest and will refuse to check the check-in all customers do not comply with the regulations.
