phòng rất xinh, view nhìn ra sông đẹp, rộng sạch sẽ, nhân viên hỗ trợ bọn mình rất nhẹ nhàg nhiệt tình. khách sạn nằm vị trí trung tâm nên tiện đi lại nữa. nếu lần tới có đến Đà Nẵng mình sẽ lại quay lại 👍👍👍

The hotel is affordable compared to the location in front of the Han River. Simple and clean room. Friendly staff, sweet talk. The room is suitable for families up to 4 people. However, the small limitation is that if you go by car, it is difficult to find a parking space. Although the room was full of food and drink, there was no tea table. Buying food is also a bit difficult to arrange and eat. In short, this is a suitable address for family travel or casual friends, not too demanding. Should put.

The receptionist is super friendly, enthusiastic in supporting and assisting customers 24/7!!! The location is convenient for traveling, my room has a very chill view of the Dragon Bridge ^^ Next time I come back, I will definitely book here again <3

I checked in on the evening of Sunday, September 22, and checked out on September 23. At 7:00 AM on September 25, I realized I had left my sunscreen at the hotel, so I called the receptionist for help in locating it. The receptionist immediately replied that since two days had passed, it was likely gone and showed no interest in helping to find it. Only after I insisted did they promise to check with the housekeeping team. I felt that the reception did not handle the situation with the proper attitude, and jumped in conclusion without bothering to find in it. Additionally, the room was located just under the bar on the rooftop, so it was noisy until late at night.

Big clean room, enthusiastic staff. Central location so easy to move. But because the room has a lot of glass, it gets a bit hot in the summer, and the air conditioner takes a while to cool down. But for the price, I'm satisfied

The room is clean and has its own bathroom and toilet. The place is close to everything!; The Han market, the Cong Cafe, the dragon bridge. You can take grab bike to the beach within less than 10 minutes. The staff is nice. There 's a rooftop bar which has a good vibe. ✨ You can see the dragon bridge from there. The noise is not too loud, they close at midnight I think. Would definitely recommend this place! 👍.

The hotel has a rooftop cafe with a good view. The hotel except the restroom, everything is fine, the staff does not clean the garbage inside the toilet. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided because the owner is negotiating with the supplier.

Regarding the cleaning issue in the room, please let the Garden confirm whether you have informed the reception or put a sign to clean the room in front of the door. If yes, we apologize for the mistake of the housekeeping staff and will work with the housekeeping department again.
In addition, the Garden regrets the lack of toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. Our reception also has an explanation for you about this issue. Due to unexpected reasons, my hotel ordered a toothbrush and toothpaste (with the hotel's logo printed) with the company, but the goods did not arrive in time for your stay. We hope you understand and sympathize with this unexpected reason.
