Everything is good except for cleaning the room before handing over the room to guests. The floors and balconies were only lightly cleaned, leaving behind grit and dirty feet. But fully equipped, with dining table, kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine, balcony to dry clothes. I hope the owner will be more careful about cleaning the room and it will be better

I booked a studio ocean view with 2 king beds but they assigned me a city view and bay apartment. I requested to change the apartment as I had booked. They helped me change it to a direct ocean view apartment (2106) but as soon as it opened. The room was dirty, smelly, the bathroom carpet was terribly wet and dirty, the floor was squeaky and slimy, very dirty, the sofa table still had food from guests in front of it, there were many ants on the bed and there were still hairs on the bed. . There are still 2 beds but 1 queen bed and 1 king bed, still not according to the description in my booking confirmation. I booked a room for 4 people so I booked a large bed, but it was arranged like that. I asked again to get the same room as the room I booked, but no, the person who received my booking said that if I did not accept this room, I would return to the room I initially received. I made it clear that I wanted to check in to the room I booked, but you still said that if I didn't accept this room, I'd go back to the other room. When I became tense, that person told me he sympathized, because there were only 2 rooms left. I'd rather say from the beginning that I will sympathize and happily accept, but this person accepts a booking for this room but gives the guest another room and also comes with very bad hygiene, then please avoid this apartment, too scary! I hope the lessor will improve so that future guests won't encounter the same situation as me!

Everything good. Enthusiastic and cute staff. The minus point is that the water is weak during peak hours, so you should equip a water container when needed. And having a place to dry clothes is better.

Minus points: - Room information is 2 king size beds but when checking in, 1 large bed and 1 small bed are just JUST enough for 2 ladies. The sofa bed is not long, an adult cannot stretch his legs. - I know it's an apartment so there's no change of towels, but I booked a room for 4 people but only gave 2 large towels. We also have our own towels so we don't ask for more, just at least we should leave enough towels according to the number of guests. - Motorcycles are not allowed to be parked, must be parked in a public park about 100m away. Plus points: - the room has a washing machine that can be used - There are many shops around, near the beach - The check-in support is quite enthusiastic, you can borrow an iron and dryer and bring it over quite quickly

- New beautiful room with sea view, fully furnished kitchen but lacking necessary items, for example, the kitchen does not have bowls or 1-2 pots or pans at all, so even if you want to cook light food, you can't. . - Weak WIFI. - The room I booked got 10 free laundry but no free laundry support. The staff told me that if the room has a washing machine, I could use that machine to wash it. The staff told me to give me some soap but I didn't see any. give.

1 very bad experience. Checked in and waited until 3pm to check in. When I entered the room, the hygiene was sloppy and dirty, the bathroom was wet, towels had not been replaced, the floor near the bed was wet and dirty. When it was time to check out, I asked why I hadn't checked out yet, and said I had to check out at 12 o'clock. But there was an employee who asked me to check out at 12:30. At 12:27, that person rang the bell again and showed off his attitude. Overall it's too bad. The price of the room increased to 2 million and then decreased to 651k, so why is the quality of the room at 2 million????

Mình rất thích không gian của căn hộ, 2 giường lớn, phòng tắm, không gian bếp, ban công đều rộng rãi. Phòng bếp có sẵn Ấm đun siêu tốc để pha trà, có tô chén để ăn nhẹ gì đó nếu muốn, không có bếp từ hay bếp ga nên không thể tự nấu ăn. Ban công rộng thoáng, có bàn trà thoải mái để ngồi ngắm cảnh. Mình ở tầng 25, Quy Nhơn ít nhà cao tầng nên có thể bao quát toàn bộ cảnh đêm của thành phố, siêu đẹp. Có máy giặt để khách giặt nhanh quần áo sau khi tắm biển (nếu cần). Điểm trừ là mình đi gia đình cùng em bé nhỏ nên thấy hơi bất tiện vì không có bồn tắm.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, so với phí thuê thì mình rất bất ngờ, quá đầy đủ tiện nghi ạ. Có điều nếu có người thay khăn tắm mỗi ngày thì sẽ ok hơn ạ. mọi người đến Quy Nhơn nên oder phòng ở đây nhé. Không làm mn thất vọng ạ. Vị trí gần các quán ăn uống và khu vui chơi, bãi biển ạ.

Phòng sạch sẽ đẹp , view ok Nhân viên check out , check in phòng nhiệt tình nhưng sau nên gọi trước cho khách khi check in , để xem khách mấy giờ muốn check in còn thu xếp dẫn khách . Mình đến cứ tưởng sẽ nhận phòng luôn , ai ngờ phải gọi điện bên phòng , xong số điện thoại thì ghi sai , gọi bị thuê bao . May xin được số của lễ tên bên toà nhà số . Còn sau đó thì đợi để được dẫn lên phòng 1 lúc . Đồ trong phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi thoáng mát. Có mỗi cái khoá thẻ bị hết pin , đứng quẹt mở cửa 5 phút mới mở được cái cửa. Báo nhân viên đến hôm thứ 2 mới thay pin . Được cái cũng nhiệt tình nên vẫn ok . Còn đâu dịch vụ và giá rất ok nên box
