I had a great holiday at Trang Ngan Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 2-minute walk to My Khe Beach and also very close to the entertainment venues in the city. New hotel, fully equipped and very clean. An enthusiastic and friendly receptionist. The owner is very friendly and hospitable. They are very enthusiastic about introducing me to delicious food in Vietnam. At a very cheap price, I found the service here was a 5 star hotel. I am very satisfied with the hotel. If I had a chance to come back to Da Nang, I would still choose Trang Ngan as my getaway.

Awesome trip ! The room was clean and spacious. The staff at the hotel was extremely kind and friendly especially Huong ! We had a beautiful and memorable experiences when stayed here and will recommend the hotel to all my friends. Love all.

My side booked the wrong date, but the hotel supported to change the date, I was very happy. Due to the wrong date, when I changed it back to the correct date, the hotel ran out of corresponding rooms, so I changed my family to facility 2 a few hundred meters away. In general, the room is quite ok, clean, spacious and airy, the price is quite cheap. My house only checked in at 11 o'clock but still went downstairs to do a food tour, a lot of delicious restaurants and services below, in general the location is quite ok. If I have a chance, I will come back here.

It was so ugly that I was moved to a very ugly hotel that didn't match the pictures, the staff couldn't speak English. So bad never come to this hotel.

cannot change the date even though it is a long time ago. Room is okay. Well, the staff is very enthusiastic, good service. If I have a chance, I will visit again next time

Booked a room with two beds, the staff told me "you can help me with one bed" 🥲 Fortunately, I only stayed for a few hours waiting to go to the airport, so I didn't care. Also the towels are very old. If normal, I definitely would never choose here.

The hotel staff is enthusiastic, but the hotel is quite old, the room has wooden cabinets but it is moldy. Especially the bed sheets were not changed/cleaned because when I got to the room, my hair was still there and the blanket was still stained yellow and dirty. But in return for the hotel near the sea, it's only a 2 minute walk to get there, but next time I come to Da Nang, I will not stay here, even though the price is cheaper than some other places.
