The hotel is very close to the center, you can walk across Xuan Huong Lake. The room is clean and has housekeeping, the room area is just enough to stay. There is a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, the toilet is very clean, there is enough hot and cold water. The picture on the website is the same as the real picture, near the dining area, just walk down and you will have everything to eat. The room does not have air conditioning, if you need it, ask the hotel owner to get a fan to use in the room. Renting a scooter at the hotel is 130k, the one I rented was a new Air Blade, very good, also near the gas station so it is convenient to fill up. In general, I think the room price for the weekend is very reasonable. I probably can't find a better place. I arrived early at 6am so there was no room, I left my suitcase at the hotel and used the public toilet on the top floor, then rented a motorbike and went out for lunch to check in. I remember the rule is that checking in at 6am will cost 1/2 day. (additional information for those who need to know).

Phòng có cửa sổ nên khá thoáng, gần trung tâm đi lại thuận tiện. Sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tủ lạnh, tủ treo đồ, bàn gương. Cô chú rất nhiệt tình. Ok ok. Lần sau có đi Đà Lạt sẽ lại ở đây tiếp 😁

Although I want to be very encouraging, the evaluation experience needs to be authentic. With the price and number of hotel stars, of course, I don't have high hopes because I have seen the photos, the price, and the choice is voluntary. The thing is, the color of the room is not the same as the picture, the space is quite stuffy, there is no soundproofing, talking inside or outside the room is not private. Flies, soot flying, eating in the room is suspect, just not sure if it's the main reason why I'm bedridden, the toilet has the door close to the bed, so the cold air comes in and shivers even though no one turns on the fan, closed is a bit better (maybe due to my health). Wet shirt hanging in the bathroom for two days can't dry. The trash can takes a few days to change if no one proposes, also doesn't change living items when passing a new day, even during the day, not enough items are prepared such as mouthwash glasses, desk phones have no direction. instructions on how to call, the reception is sometimes not. If I remember correctly, the refrigerator didn't plug in, there was no tea, coffee, cake, then it was a bit luxurious, but there was a drawer in the room, but only a dryer, no towels, 2 glasses. on the table with no spoon. It seems that you have to go down and ask for it all at once to save both sides of the burden.

Hotel does not have an upper dining floor as in the introduction. The location of the room is not located at Vanilla Hotel but at the hotel next door.

Hung. I booked a Sky Double Room, which means my room is located on the Sky side. The hotel has assigned the right room for you.
I checked out 11/7 , but also sent things back Ks. The bag of dirty clothes was smelly and a few small things. Called me, I didn't answer the phone.
Message me, can I get my parcel back? Or Ks quit to help me

Thank you Truong Dinh. The hotel is not happy when You are not happy. In your case, because you stay for many days, I recommend you to stay in a nice room, with windows, with a view, more money, and when you check out, you have to pay. You stay at home all day, only go out at night. The hotel does not have a staff to clean the room for you.

Khách sạn nằm trong hẻm. Đầu hẻm là bánh căn Nhà chung khá nổi tiếng. Từ kháchsạn có thể đi bộ ra nhà thờ Con Gà và bánh canh Xuân An. Phòng kháchsạn khá sạch sẽ, có cửa sổ. Nội thất đầy đủ gồm tv, tủ lạnh, tủ quần áo, bàn trang điểm, bình đun siêu tốc, nước nóng 24/24. Kháchsạn có thang máy, cô chú vui vẻ, thân thiện. Xe máy để dưới tầng hầm, cửa cuốn luôn đóng kín. Khi đi hoặc về chỉ cần nói chú 1 tiếng, chú sẽ bấm remote mở cửa tự động. Điểm trừ: phòng cách âm chưa tốt, đổ rác mỗi ngày nhưng không thay khăn tắm.
