I brought my shirt to the reception to be washed, but I don't know what happened to the laundry staff that made the color get on my white shirt. When I asked for it to be handled, they pushed the issue that the shirt had faded on its own and refused to take responsibility. After returning to Hanoi, I took it to be handled and they said it was because they washed it together, the shirt did not fade, and the company promised that it was not because the shirt had faded on its own. When I took it to be bleached, the bleachers said the same thing, because the laundry staff washed the same clothes, that's why it happened. The food on the second floor was spoiled and sour, and could not be eaten.

Phòng thì bé thêm trẻ e phụ thêm 100k/ ngày chứ không tính theo phòng, chăn ga không là lượt để nhăn nhúm , không thay chỉ phủi qua xong lật mặt khác.từ đầu mình tưởng thay xong 2 hôm sau vẫn là cái chăn đó vì con mình làm dính chút kem lên đó nên mới để ý.Nói chung là tệ 1 lần không bao giờ quay lại.

Clean hotel, good food. However, the service of the room is not professional: missing items in the refrigerator, when it is charged, the hotel has removed it when it is reflected, however, this issue should be reviewed, it is small but not unsatisfied. Besides, the hotel does not have a POS machine to pay for the room!

When booking, the room is 40m2 but checking in is only about 25m2. 14h40 checkin still no room. Soundproofing is too bad, people walking in the corridor or the noise in the next room can hear it clearly

After checking again, the hotel found that he had booked a room on 16/02/2022 and the room type he booked was the room type " Day use offer (2 hours), extra charge for overnight stay"- "Offer to use overnight stay". for the day (2 hours), an overnight surcharge applies", this is a short-term day use room for guests who only need a short rest between long trips or waiting for the next flight. . This is a new room type appearing on the website, so there will be many customers confused. Yes Hotel understands this, so when you receive the notice to book this room type, the receptionist will definitely confirm with you whether you have booked your needs correctly or not. Besides, understanding the confusion of customers, the hotel side was also flexible in how to handle the situation in which they booked the wrong room type and paid in advance-
1/ Customers can make up for the difference to use the room according to their needs
2/ If you do not agree with the price, the hotel will immediately refund you.

Khách đặt phòng đơn nhưng khách sạn có cơ chế phòng không riêng tư. Khách lấy phòng đơn nhưng lại thông với 1 phòng đơn khác và được ngăn cách nhau bằng một cánh cửa, có thể nghe thấy tiếng động phía bên kia phòng. Khách hàng buộc phải đổi sang phòng đôi để riêng tư hơn và mất thêm phí trong khi khách không có nhu cầu ở phòng đôi, khách sạn nên xem lại vấn đề này!!!

The hotel is clean and nice, but deliberately let the price be misleading, the price is for 2 hours but it is 1 night. bad ventilation system, another room has guests smoking, the smell of cigarettes fills the hallway and permeates my room. Behind the mirror door is the toilet of another room, clearly hear the sound between the rooms, very inconvenient when living.
