The ticketing and route to the temple are more organized, but the directions seem to be less clear, especially the direction back from the temple to the exit/main door.

There's a shuttle service from the parking lot to the temple area, but you'll have to walk quite a distance back. Perhaps you should consider providing a shuttle for guests who want to go straight home.

One of the most magical places I've ever visited. The temple complex is lush and green. Everything is clean and tidy. The flow from entering, exchanging tickets, and boarding the shuttle to the temple is all well-organized. Access from the parking lot is easy, but it's quite a long walk. However, on my way back, I couldn't find any shuttle that would take me to the starting point. So I just followed the exit arrows and, after a long walk, arrived at the parking lot in the heat. So, if you're planning to visit here, be prepared for a long walk, with comfortable footwear, an umbrella, and perhaps a portable fan.

There have been many improvements compared to the last visit in 2023. The facilities and infrastructure are much more modern.

Very neat, clean, beautiful, the temple is also still very well maintained. But the ticket exchange instructions are confusing, especially during the Christmas holiday, it was crowded so it was confusing. The directions inside are also lacking, especially the directions to the parking lot when you want to go home are like a maze and very far, especially when it's raining so find a way that won't get wet.

All staff are very professional and friendly.

Indeed, the journey within the Borobudur area is quite far from the ticket area to the temple building, but it is more organized and cleanliness is maintained.
