Booking tickets to the Borobudur Temple Structure through the app was a pleasure. The booking and ticket exchange process was easy and convenient. The site is well-organized, as is the case with historical sites, and the staff are professional and helpful. An excellent experience and highly recommended.

The service is okay, but the parking lot to Borobudur is very far away. Don't forget to wear comfortable shoes, don't bring unnecessary things so it won't be heavy, and most importantly, bring an umbrella 🤣 Overall good.

Borobudur is not kid friendly, the walk is super long even though there is a shuttle, and many areas of the road are not covered by roofs/trees so it is really hot

Very satisfying. The only drawback is 1. Tourists are made to turn around the shopping area when they want to leave. This shouldn't be necessary because if they have no intention of shopping, they won't buy anything even if they turn around 100 km. I feel sorry for the children or elderly who have to tire themselves out going around and leaving with an unpleasant feeling.

It's good but the ticket barcode system is problematic and the handling is slow, it's a shame.

Our Borobudur temple structure tickets were just scanned at the main entrance desk with no issues and no need to line up separately. Very easy.

It's recommended because the vacation includes a tour guide, making it easier to navigate around Borobudur.
