When I came, there was a free shuttle bus available. It's really nice since the place is really big and taking a walk would be too tiring. The staff were also really nice, polite, and helpful. The temple looks beautiful and majestic as always. Overall, a really good experience.

Borobudur looks nice and tidy now. Buggy cars are plentiful to the park and temple area, so you don't have to wait long. You can return to the parking lot by buggy or rent a horse-drawn carriage.
