A very pleasant experience. The way to exchange vouchers, queue, and climb the Taming Sari tower is very easy. We can see the view of Melaka city at night. The kids are very excited ✌️

easy to use traveloka, buying tickets is fast and there are no problems when exchanging tickets... clear and easy information instructions... go straight up and see 360 sides of Malacca city

My hitch is when we need to wait for our ticket for more than 10 mins since the staff informed us that they need to check and the checking process is quite some time. But overall its okay and we really enjoyed the view from top of our ride

Travel up 1 minute round view melaka 5 minutes and travel down 1 minute (total 7 minutes)

good experience but if you plan on public holidays or weekend you may have to wait in queue for sometime before getting on board

Nice and superb. Dont take night ride. U can only see the light not the view(Take river cruise if u planning on light view with near building experience). Take an evening ride. U can see a great view. I suggest time around 18:00-18:30

we can accept that We pay more because we are non Malaysian. However, the staff there didn't like us and we think we are guilty to visit there country ( we did nothing I am talking about the staff). they said nothing and no welcoming and no smile and no water. However, they were fully happy with others.

It is a fun ride but too short. Also will be better if there is audio guide or map to introduce the surrounding buildings. It is easy to redeem tickets, but too bad there is no selection to purchase elderly’s ticket on traveloka which is cheaper than standard adult fare.

It was good experience. I could see the whole city of Melacca from above. Tho probably some people might think not worth the money, but it was nice to try and surely just a good one-time experience

The redeem process is fast, different counters. But maybe because I bought from Traveloka, I wasn't given free mineral water. So it's like you can't drink water alone, others hold water 🤣
