Great, wide variety of food, no waiting time. Buying here is cheaper than buying at the hotel.

Good quality, fresh seafood. Nice, professional staff behind the counters preparing and serving the dishes. Make sure you sit near a clean window so you can see the view. We were originally offered a table next to a dirty window that was not see-through at all. It was only after some complaints that the six of us were able to move somewhere else where we could see Bangkok at night - the entire reason for our visit in the first place. Cannot comprehend how an expensive buffet restaurant like this can even consider sitting people there at all. Oh, well, we moved and the rest of the evening was wonderful. That's all that matters.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere, lots of photo spots, being able to see the city of Bangkok from a height from the 83rd floor, it was really fun.

The food quality and taste was average. The sirloin steak and sea bass sauce was crappy. There was also a small cockroach running around the restaurant floor. The view from the 2 floors included in the ticket also wasn't that great.

Easy to use. Just show the message in the app downstairs near the elevator, they'll give you a card, and you can enter right away. Very convenient, and I got a good promotion too.

Variety of seafood choices; most dishes are nice except the fried noodle, rather dry. Really enjoyed the access to level 77, can view the whole of Bangkok & 84 revolving view area.
