The cruise ship was large and comfortable, the Sung Sot Cave was beautiful, and the Ti Top Island had clean seawater, although the swimming time was quite short, about 45 minutes including travel time. There are also other boat activities to explore more of Ha Long Bay, as a day trip isn't enough to see everything. For a one-day trip to the bay, the itinerary was quite good and well worth the money.

It's expensive for me because this package didn't include the boat/kayaking fee, and very disappointed about mineral water. We only get 1 plastic bottle and it can't bring to the cruise, so we have to buy mineral water on the cruise which is very expensive.

The boat was nice, clean, and the food was delicious, and the tour guide was friendly. There were nine of us, three of us elderly. One of us fell while walking, injuring his forehead, face, and leg on the way back to the hotel. The tour guide helped by dropping us off on the road near the hospital.

The transportation guide is very helpful. They will pick you up and drop you off safe and sound. They always check if you already get on the transportation and are very fast responding.

Highly recommended, and very satisfied and very friendly guide.

The service is reasonably priced, and the boat is nice and clean. Remember to bring your own water, or you can buy more on board as drinks are not included in the buffet.
