Staff were amazing, kind and V available at any time. Great location ! In the middle of a popular place near of a souk. Safe place! I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay

Staff was lovely, hotel is impressive, but unfortunately the room was a little run down and needed better cleaning (stains and marks on furniture including bed frame).

Good hotel clean and co fortable , good breakfast

Property is a bit tired - like most of Casablanca - but the staff went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. Big shout out to the spa staff who effectively reopened the pool and pool service facilities during our stay.

This hotel is very centrally located, convenient for business or tourism. The fixtures are slightly dated, but everything is well maintained. The gym is very good and modern. The food here was outstanding - great breakfast buffet, very decent lunch in the lobby lounge, and a wonderful Moroccan restaurant for dinner. Very warm and friendly service.

Service and restaurants were great. Bed was very firm and uncomfortable.

We booked the Club Floor which enhanced our stay...the Dar Beida Restaurant with Moroccan cultural performances was great fun...the staff were attentive and professional, especially Nassim in the Club Room ...the pool was an amazing oasis of calm and beautiful, though not heated and no pool side service...a fantastic stay and would book again.

Lovely oasis hotel in the heart of Casablanca. Easy walk across to the old Medina. Comfortable bed and beautiful room with great breakfast. Only negative was that one of the staff members on check in was very rude and could do with some extra training.

The hotel was good but the pool area was poor. The pool was a good size and clearly clean, but the area around the pool was a storage area for broken furniture. We had to ask many times for towels and there were only six sunbeds.

The hotel is good and facilities are good as well but most dining areas at dinner time are closed except one serves local food When we arrived, there’s a fighting at the entrance which is scary

Amazing attention to detail from all staff at the hotel, starting from the concierges Yassin and Hamdi who helped us to organise our transfers, taxis and bookings; catering team including Omar who would memorise our breakfast preferences and being really helpful with all our requests. The breakfast options are very extensive and we really liked the lady who was making flatbread and as soon as she saw us would bring the freshly baked ones to us. The hotel itself has plenty of space to relax, meet people, have something to eat. We really enjoyed our stay and would really recommend it.
