Food & drinks at bar were great! So convenient to stay here, especially for a very early flight.

Clean and good breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay it was absolutely wonderful. I can’t wait to come again with friends and family.

I have stayed at a number of Embassy Suites and my previous stays were wonderful. This one was disappointing. 1. My room was not cleaned during my stay there, even though it was requested and I was assured it would be taken care of. 2. I was very disappointed in the lack of necessaries available in the room. It has become commonplace in many hotels to cut costs by eliminating the little niceties I have come to expect at hotels of the caliber of an Embassy Suites. Things like extra coffee, soap, glasses, towels, etc. 3. Hotel guests were notified that on Thanksgiving morning, breakfast would be available until 10 am. The staff decided to stop serving early. When guests arrived at 9:30am and the area was closing, a near riot broke out. 4. What happened to bellhops? If this were a Motel 6, I would rate this stay a 5. But it’s an Embassy Suites by Hilton and therefore only deserves a 2.

Have been staying here x 10 years, and the vast improvement after the renovation continues. VERY CLEAN, safe, great service and breakfast. Front desk check in with iesha has always been excellent

Me and my family love staying at the Embassy suites. It’s so quite nice and clean. Staff are so nice and helpful. I recommend this to anybody who wants a peaceful getaway

Got there and found a tick in our bathtub. They moved our room. Got to the next room and there was a spider and web in the sink. Pool burned my child’s skin and was freezing, only swam 10 minutes and my daughter was covered in hives /redness. We were there for a cheer comp and several families stayed there as well and had the same reaction in the pool. Very disappointed as we stayed there last year and had a much different experience.

Absolutely fabulous hotel!! The rooms are very clean and spacious! The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was exceptionally good!! Will definitely stay here again!

They are still doing some construction however the hotel is great!

This hotel was nice and so were the staff. The bed was super comfy, pillows were fluffy and there were many. The room and bathroom were larger than I pictured and it has the option to have a suite which is great. It was also quiet and clean. And your stay comes with a complementary breakfast buffet. The buffet was pretty decent for a complementary service. However when I ordered room service the food wasn't very good and there were not many options on the menu. I would definitely stay here again tho!

Overall I had another decent stay at this hotel. Loved the layout of the room I stayed in; very clean also. The only issue I had was that when I went to workout around 6:15 in the morning I could not get access to the outside workout area. I was looking forward to using the equipment out there to vary my workout routine. I went to the front desk to inquire and the black lady who seemed engrossed in her phone (I waited a long moment while standing there before finally saying “Excuse me” to which she looked bothered by the interruption) had advised that access to that area was not available until 9 am. She advised that there was a way to go around the building to get to the area but I did like the fact that at least she advised that it was not safe. It wasn’t possible for me to wait until 9 a.m. to use the outside workout area so it would’ve been nice though to be able to work out there to vary my workout. Also, there is only one adjustable bench in the inside workout area. With all this being said, I would probably still most likely consider this hotel for another stay as the room layouts are nice and the place seems very clean. When I checked out a young lady named Brenda was very friendly and we had a nice chat about pop culture.

We had a wonderful stay and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well fed and had everything we needed. Thank you to Mohammed and Brenda for making our stay so wonderful
