Awesome hotel! Room feels new and it has character with the pineapple theme. The bed feels plush. Service was great and the receptionists were all friendly. Location close to Union Square. For food there is a diner nearby for cheap breakfast or Mensho Ramen for a really good Japanese food. Will definitely stay again in SF!

The hotel is very comfortable. Cozy cute and the air is also cool, perfect for a honey moon or family vacation. The TV has a big screen. Free drink bottle refills, free bicycle rental, free wifi, comfortable and super clean rooms. Anyway satisfied.
