It was a lovely place to stay

Location great, Great staff . The only thing is no exhausts in the bathrooms? Bath tub a little slippery.

We had a lovely 3 day stay. Overall it was great. Only some minor issues were that the dryer wasn't working properly. There was no air. The bathroom drain was clogged with hair and the dryer filter wasn't clean. Forgot to mention this to reception before we left. Will be staying here when I visit Cairns😊 Thankyou.

On the plus side, the woman at the front desk was very helpful, the place was comfortable, the shower good, and everything in the kitchen worked well. And the location was great. On the negative side there is no WiFi in the room. Only in one of the public spaces. The air conditioning did not reach to the bedroom making for some uncomfortable sleeping. And the place could definitely use some updating and refreshing

Had a wonderful stay. The location is amazing, right in the centre of Cairns so you are so conveniently placed for food, shops, the reef depot, pickup for activities booked, the esplanade etc. The room we had in the hotel was brilliant, so clean, modern, fresh with outside access to the pool, so we had a lovely stay. The reception was full of activity leaflets so there is plenty to choose from. Overall we were thrilled with our stay.

Great location, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, and, probably, the most important, a character. It's a unique hotel where David changes clothes every day, from a surfboard to a garland ofxmas light,

The WIFI needs to be upgraded

So for what you pay and location this is a great option. Sure it could do with a makeover but rooms were large and spotless and well equipped. Really helpful to have laundry facilities with sachet of washing powder too! Beds comfy and room was quiet ( was at back of hotel which is preferable). Great stop over spot.

The name boutique is a little misleading. Decor is 90s resort but the rooms are large. It was clean but the bed was a bit basic and uncomfortable and the bathroom lights were way too white and bright. The pool is nice but is very noisy from mechanical units in the courtyard.

Excellent place near all the venues, restaurants etc. facilities are excellent.

The property was central & walking distance to everything. We enjoyed our stay
