The bathroom did not have grab bars in the shower which is a serious health hazard. I am currently disabled and was very disappointed, especially since the pictures of the property showed grab bars. The room interior is very dated and not the cleanest. Disappointing for a Wyndham property.

I seen three roaches but i wasn't there too long

Overall it was clean. A bit rough around the edges.

Floors were dirty and disgusting. Bathroom was gross. Shower was dirty and water was barely coming out. Constant flies appearing in the room. Dead flies smashed on the windows. Fridge disgusting. Will never book a room there ever again. If it wasn’t for all the other hotels being booked out cause of The OSU game we would have definitely gotten a different place to stay.

This is a true horror story! Buckle Up.... So, the hotel staff REFUSED to refund me via hotels.com reaching out and pleading them to do so. They wouldn't answer their lobby phone... I had to go back to the hotel and go to the lobby (after I booked a hotel at another location for the night) and call the lobby in front of them to ensure they would answer the call from Hotels.com because they were refusing to do so. The gave us keys to a room that had an unswept floor, no sheets or bedding, one pillow, a dirty toilet with spit and urine in it, dirty towels. It was honestly disgusting. Some of these no frills hotels may not be fancy but at least they're clean... this was NONE of the above. There were cigarette ashes on one of the beds too. So we went back to the lobby to ask for another room because we figured that they made a mistake and gave us a room that housekeeping hadn't yet cleaned. So we got a room on the 2nd floor and the heater was completely broken and expected us to be okay with this room because at least it was cleaner than the other location that we 'complained' about. The audacity of this hotel staff and this shady operation they're running! They need to be shut down! I was appalled, still am. And I still had to pay for another hotel because I refused to stay at this location. And they couldn't even be honest enough and refund me for the first night, they tried to make me feel like I was 'lucky' that I was refunded for at least 1 of the 2 nights! Ridiculous.

Room had flies in it. As you walk up to room you see fly strips in some of the windows. And the room was dusty.

Cockroaches everywhere!!! Beware if you plan to stay here. Not just one cockroach but after showering I walked out of the bathroom and there was cockroaches all over the floor from nymph stage to adult!

Came down for the Quarter Horse Congress was our second year staying here. Nice to be able to walk back and forth. A car window was busted out beside our vehicle one night and the next night there was security in the parking lot which was nice

No shower curtain, towels sketchy at best, floor dirty....NOT GOOD

Yup. You get what you pay for. $160 a night was within the budget for a night in Columbus to see a show. The guy in the "lobby" took a break from checking me in to tell the housekeeper to clean a room and be sure to use the "smoke spray" as someone had smoked in a room where they weren't permitted to (a foreshadowing of things to come. My room was barely clean. Melted plastic comb residue was on the table and ground. The worst was the combo smell of stale cigarettes and over cooked food. Imagine instant ramen/curry that the directions said to cook for 3 minutes but were cooked for 12. Pee-yew! The mattress was old-thankfully no bedbugs. Lights didn't work.

We found cockroaches in our room we took them to the front desk and they basically said will take care of it. No apologies , No shock ,No reimbursement The house keeping had to of seen them They where very large and multiple cockroaches found in our room

If you were attending an event at the expo center in Columbus, this is the place to stay. It’s within easy walking distance. You’re able to park and walk to the event. Rooms were clean. There is a light breakfast in the morning which consists of coffee, juice, a couple cereal options, yogurt, and muffins

Totally disappointed!!! Booked on line and deceived by the photos. From the outside it has the appearance of a pay by the hour motel. Walking into the lobby has an uninviting appearance. The room was super small the tub/shower was stained and appeared dirty. We felt dirt the whole time there and after leaving. When leaving the breakfast area had 3 small tables and a waffle machine. Information online is deceiving. Everyone working the front desk had very broken English and super hard to understand. Drove straight home, 4 hour drive, and throw all our clothes, EVERYTHING, in the wash and took showers. STAY AWAY!!!!

Old dated room, smelled of smoke, could hear all the freeway noise. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Door didn’t seal well, so moths got in. Had lots of hot water though.
