My only issue was the breakfast in the morning. It was a substandard Marriott presentation. It seemed to be cutting corners coming from a retired Marriott F&B Director.

Love our room! Perfect space for our kids to play.

Everything was great!

The check in process was streamlined and smoother than most other locales I've stayed at. The hotel location was easy to access, the lobby clean & staff welcoming. While there seemed to be a few repairs in progress, overall the property is well-maintained. The suite did not disappoint w exception to the extra linen for the pull-out sofa & trundle, which was not fresh, (long strands of hair & a few spots), but w/o hesitation the staff sent up clean linens. The staff was attentive, friendly, and absolutely thoughtful.. from the simple birthday card w free treat for my little guy to breakfast hostess Melissa's attentiveness & knowledge of the menu items offered. Our family and I were pleasantly surprised & satisfied with our stay. If any suggestions could be made, it would be to expand the "fitness center's" equipment and the pet's area by another parking spot or two. We look forward to our next stay.

It was great and breakfast was great but there are other charges that they charge that you don’t know about till you look at you emailed receipt my room was 139 and after the hidden frees I paid 180 I think they should include the free in the price give and they shouldn’t charge you the park in a open parking lot

The free breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly. Check in was easy. We slept great and there were a lot of restaurant options near by.

It was all good, would highly recommend.

Great location for doing the North Pole Experience. Easy to find, easy access to getting around. The staff was very nice making checking in and out easy. Nice breakfast is included in the morning with options of eggs, bacon, waffles, bagels, and much more.

The hotel was worth for what I paid.

We really liked this place

Last month when I was there the chair in the room was broken. It was exchanged for one in another room. This visit chair again broken. Didn’t have it exchanged because the counter/desk it was by where was dried crusty something on it.

Very good regarding price/amenities

Every one was really friendly and helpful.

Did not care for the layout of the room. Too small and tight. Private WiFi required a hotel membership.

Property was a great place to stay , food was great, amenities nice , i just had a problem with pet hair on the bedding. But front desk had house keeping change it out promptly with no problems.

The name is confusing. We assume there would be a kitchen because you call yourselved SUITES.

The staff was great. They were very accommodating. It was several of us together. We were able to check in early. They got us rooms all on the same floor. The breakfast was delicious the next morning. I would definitely stay here again.
