Was nice hotel..breakfast was great not too high priced

We stay here when we have an early morning flight or arrive late at night. It's very comfortable and convenient.

Stayed here for the ND Playoff game. The price was reasonable. That is about the only good thing I can say. All the common areas - hallways, elevator, were filthy. Crumbs and garbage everywhere. The room was very dated. The bed was stained and uncomfortable. The towels in the bathroom were thin and yellow. We arrived before the check in time and they charged us an extra $40 to check in early. The breakfast was ok, but it ends at 9:30 am and the lady picks up everything right at 9:30 am. I served myself a plate but it hit 9:30 am before I was able to get a fork or napkin and those were already picked up.

Shower needs to be updated

The room was dirty, the pullout was filthy. The shower head only sprayed water out of like 4 holes. We didn’t have soap or shampoo in the room.

Solid spot to stay for a home ND game. Breakfast was good, clean environment throughout.

Everything was fine except there was no attempt to clean our room, exchange towels, or replace toiletries, etc between the first and second days we were there.

We were there for a over night stay. Leaving in the morning for a flight out of South Bend. Very close and easy to get to the airport. Would stay there again. Price was good.

Comfort and quiet

are used to love going to this place in the last three visit is not the same it’s like they let the property go down

Housekeeping knocked on the door around midnight. Neighbors were loud constantly knocking on doors yelling and it was very cold.

Service was slow, hotel VERY outdated, rooms had dim lighting and an old smell, all linens were discolored and stained, the pool was closed by Department of Health, and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we were told it was fine and didn't need to go outside (though we did anyway). Planned to walk out and stay elsewhere, however there were no other hotel rooms available, as it was a ND football weekend, for which we travelled from NJ to attend. Absolutely not worth the stay, or price!

It wasnt the worst place i have stayed, but the bed seemed well used, and the tv in the room was a brand I have never heard of and was probably like a 32, which to me was really small considering the price I was paying for the room.

We got in very late… The desk clerks were kind and accommodating… The breakfast options were wonderful
