It seems like the hangout spot for the homless. I found a bra in the couch but the front desk lady was the best!!!

My wife and i were just in for the night and it was a nice place. Sketchy neighborhood wirh alot of homeless and the hot tub was not hot.

My husband and I had a trip planned to LA for a romantic get away. Unfortunately the fires are happening and to make the most of it, we decided to just spend the weekend in Bakersfield. We booked this hotel and front desk was AWESOME! Room was ok. Toilet and fridge were both leaking water, bathroom floor didnt look cleaned. It had multiple hairs on the floor and in the shower and a runbberband on the floor. The shower was small and rusty on the outside metal pieces. The hot water, turned ALL THE WAY UP, was barely luke warm. Not sure if the bedroom floor had been cleaned properly as the floor had large marks in it, and some of the pieces that had been scratched from the floor, were still on the floor. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by the wires. Also, there was a hair in the jetted tub. The pillows were half sized but the bed was comfy.

For the price, this was a fantastic hotel. The breakfast was hot and refilled when needed. The desk staff while checking in were friendly. My only negative was that our floor and counters were dirty in the room. The room smelled musty. Our king bed was actually a queen sized. For one night though, it was great. We would stay again.

I found the hotel for my dad and sister who were trying to get away from the fires down south. This was a perfect option for them.

Disgusting property. The front desk associate was rude and kept asking questions about my husbands service animal. She kept saying, “I know I legally can’t ask, but…” then continued to ask questions she shouldn’t have. Additionally, she said that my military ID was not sufficient for check-in and I need a CA DL. She was also playing music so loudly in the lobby we could heed it in our room. There was dirt and trash on the floors in the room, the towels in the bathroom were stained. Outside was dirty, trashy and we were scared our car would be broken into.

Has cement walls and double, double pane windows. So, once in my room I could not hear the roaring freeway nearby. Two family good restaurants next door.

Loved our room and the service is great need some help on the washing the towels and blankets and sheets but everything else was okay

The bedroom was clean and comfortable. I felt safe. However, the noise from the nearby road and the steps upstairs were disturbing. The floor was cracking under our feet, and the carpet needed renovation.

Toilet handle was broken, called front desk and was told there was no maintenance on duty, We had to attempt to fix ourselves. Beds and furniture needs updating. Breakfast was good

The property inside was ok just that on the outside of the entrance, to many people that look that they don't have anything to do in that area
