Fantastic location to Universal.

We have been traveling for 1 week due to the holiday. We stay in a hotel every day. This is the first time we have left so dissatisfied. The toilet was clogged. We wanted our room to change. Instead, they gave us pumps. The hot drink machine was broken. We couldn't even find hot water. The supplies were running out quickly and it took too long for a new one to arrive

Hotel was very close to Universal Studios. Rooms were clean. Beds very comfy. Breakfast was decent.

The rooms were smelling so bad when we arrived the hotel. There were roaches in the room and when we told it the staff did not care. The breakfast is so unhealthy, only sugar, no fruits or yogurt. There are only a few options and a long queue in the waffle machine. Wouldn't stay again.

I have been fooled by the images vs. the true reality of the rooms and hotel. Staff was nice, just poor management or care for upkeep. Pretty common lower scale hotel/motel stuff, dirty floors, leftover hair in the shower/tub, mysterious stains and liquids on the walls and linens, I had low expectations for what the price per night was, but I had to be a bit lower! Does it work for a nights rest, yes, would I do it again? NO

Second time staying here, and the staff was friendly, room was clean, and breakfast was good.

Nice place very conveniently located near universal. The only complaint is the TVs need to be updated so that you can log into your streaming services

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, but the beds were as hard as a rock; otherwise I would have rated it a 5 star.

Stay was Ok. Staff was generally friendly, except for a couple exceptions like one of the ladies that attended breakfast, who was very rude. Front desk seemed to be empty most of the time, and there was no answer when I called several times from my room, so had to come down and wait. This is NOT a quiet property where you can rest or work. There is noise ALL the time, so it’s fine if you plan on being out all day because the location is very good, but if you’re looking for a place to rest, look elsewhere. Breakfast was ok, but it’s the exact same thing every day, some fruit options would have been nice.

We arrived at the hotel at 9pm and checked out at 7:30 am. It was good for what we needed it for. Just to sleep.

Would not recommend this property at the price you pay for it. The hotel didn’t have fruits or oats for breakfast. No real butter either to put on bread. The place doesn’t have much around it either where you can walk and go have dinner. Prices hotel for what it provides.

Need more care

The breakfast bar is very poorly stocked. The elevators keep breaking down the property needs a lot of tlc. Have stayed there several times the past year or so. And it’s a continual down slide.
