Good one

It was okay. I’ve stayed there Before and it’s fine.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, terrific breakfast buffet, coffee available throughout the day, lounge and snack bar, pay parking on site.

Very nice hotel, close location both to city center and central station. Especially the dining and breakfast area was very cozy. Fresh room with comfy bed. Breakfast also really good. Only negative was glasses in the room and beer glass in restaurant wasnt properly cleaned where a white sheet of detergent was left on both.

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of everything. The bed was completely worn out and sagging in the middle. Walls are thin, and considerable noise from the bar downstairs made it hard to sleep.

What a lovely place. A warm welcome, friendly staff, great room, good location. Wonderful choices for breakfast and a reasonably stocked bar. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel, the breakfast buffet was incredible. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Very well situated. Parking was handy. Rooms were comfortable. Had a problem with my foldout bed, could not find a replacement so they put me in my own room. Above board service. Great restaurants nearby. Highest recommendation. I found the hotel middle of the city centre only 3 minutes walk. The price was very good, especially in this hard challenging time. I love the breakfast and the staff all were beautiful lovely and friendly. I can't fault this hotel at all. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and will book it again in future every time I travel to Vasteras from London.

It’s a nice hotel vintage hotel I would say it keeps his old glory but it works for the people who visiting this property. Overall it was nice

Amazing service, friendly staff! Great location. Pierre was super, I arrived at 10am and asked if I could drop my bags off to check in later but instead I was treated to coffee and breakfast while they got a room ready for me to check in early. Thanks!

Nice private hotel

Very cozy both in summer and winter

Good value for price. Stayed in single room w private bath. Nice lobby and welcome. Room was quaint. Squeaky floors due to older building. Good bed, modern shower despite outdated furniture. Busy street for cars but not people. Good buffet breakfast. Would stay here again.

Great value for money. Decent breakfast included. Upgraded to a larger room. Dated interior but not without charm. A little dust on the carpet. The sheets were very clean/fresh and bed comfortable. Very nice and helpful staff.

We only had one night in Vasteras to see some friends so only needed somewhere to sleep and the Hotel Arkad was fine. Fairly basic and slightly cold rooms due to an unseasonably cool day but comfortable beds with decent linen. The room was spacious and the breakfast was reasonable. Supermarkets and restaurants all a very short distance and five minutes walk to the transport centre for buses and trains. Wifi was fine, little noise as it's on a quiet street and they were happy to look after our bags for a few hours

Otroligt mysigt hotell med en service utöver det vanliga.

Överlag var vår vistelse jättebra. Trevlig personal och bra service med god frukost. Det som var mindre bra var att golvet i hotellrummet var jätte smutsigt och sängen var väldigt dammig, så vi fick skaka bort allt. Man hade nästan behövt tofflor inne för att det fastna så mkt smuts under fötterna i rummet. Det blåste även kallt från fönstret så det gjorde att det blev kallt och man kunde inte ta fram elementet bakom gardinen då det blåste från fönstret. Rummet var väldigt lyhört så man hörde allt som hände i korridoren och det var lite jobbigt på natten när man försökte sova. En till grej var att parkeringen som vi reserverade som skulle kosta 95 kr/natt blev istället inlagt som att vi skulle vara där i 2 nätter trots att vi bara var där 1 natt så det lär ni hålla koll på när ni betalar.

Personlig och fin service. Rent o fräscht. God och tillräcklig frukostbuffé. Kommer vi till Västerås är Arkad som hotell självklar👍
