Airport hotel without an airport shuttle Despite the hotel claims they have an airport shuttle both times i had to take an uber

Christian in a front desk very accommodating. He answered my questions and he’s very helpful. With regards to your property is spotless same with the room . You need to renovate some area of your property like dining.

Nice hotel close to the airport as well as the Congress Centre where I had a conference. It was quiet, comfortable and the rooms are spacious.

I had problems checking in as there was a shut down with Scotiabank that night. There was nothing to do, and there was no flexibility from the hotel manager. I ended up having to ask a friend to put her credit card on my room so I could access it. I was at this hotel 2 weekends in a row. both weekends, out of 3 elevators, only two worked. This weekend, a second one broke down. When you have a full hotel, it is unacceptable. My room was clean. The tech staff is very nice.

Easy to get to from the 401. As well as it was very clean and quiet for being right next to the airport.

The food options are very limited

The restaurant has exceptional food, and the staff are amazing.
