We were given an alternative room on the second night because neither the fridge or aircon worked, as well as the shower being so small it was hard to wash properly in it. The alternative room was better, however the TV was much too small and too high up on the wall to be able to view it properly from the bed

Do yourself a favor and search for another place. The toilets, the shower, and even the towel rack were broken. The hotel is very far from the center and the view you see in the photos is only from the hotel balcony and not from the rooms. Worst hotel ever in Italy!

Just stayed one day, would have preferred two or three so we can enjoy the area.

Clean modern room, helpful staff, excellent restaurant and breakfast

I can’t say enough about the amazing helpful, friendly staff. They made our special at so enjoyable. The hotel and surrounding hill sides are just beautiful. The only downside for us is we didn’t rent a car. So it is about a $25 cab ride from train station. There is a bus that goes right by, which we took on the day the drivers went on strike. That’s not the hotels fault at all, but it is difficult to do. The pool area was lovely and the food in the restaurant was delicious. This property is amazing. You will definitely enjoy your stay. We certainly did.

The bed was not very comfortable

Pro: Location (close to Siena) Con: Hard bed, Value (It wasn’t worth the price I paid. ex: €15 for 50 min of dry sauna, small pool and gym, mediocre breakfast in an underground ‘cafeteria’ without any character. It felt like being in a cafeteria instead of enjoying breakfast with the view of Tuscany)

We booked a suite for 4 persons. the suite was not in the main building and we needed to climb the stairs with all our luggage. there in no elevator in this building. The room has 2 floors - a parents bedroom above a leaving room and small kitchen.. The hotel opened a sofa bed for the kids, but the mattress was very thin, so they replaced it into 2 more comfortable single beds. Location is 15 minutes drive from Sienna, so a car is a must. Breakfast is OK. Plenty of free parking outside the hotel.

Great hotel and very kind staff

The hotel's lobby was not impressive, however the room was great. It was clean and modern. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The view from our room was a nice plus. The lighting was not perfect as the lights were all at the head of the bed, leaving the rest of the room a bit dim. The breakfast buffet had a large assortment of cold and warm foods. We'd stay there again. It was a good base for exploring the countryside.

If you have car, it is best choice for Siena visiting.

We weren’t there long enough to stay, just spent one night, had breakfast and got going. But we were impressed with cleanliness, very nice breakfast, and customer service of Monica at the front desk.

Staff was very hospitable and helpful. Room was great! Very spacious and clean.

Spa and piscina were absolutely perfect. Wish the hours could have been extended in the evening.
