Stayed before and complained to the management about the lack of decent breakfast. Scrambled egg is either done in microwave or oven but whatever it’s like rock. Told the same manager. Again does nothing. Rooms are so tired and noisy. Alsorts of doggy people here also. Can’t say on here why but find another. Breakfast is €18 and it’s just a simple plate of Luke warm food. Nice staff over priced and over star by at least one.

Our Junior Suite was ok but nothing special and the room was dirty and the carpet was terrible. The bathroom cabinets had cobwebs and dirty splash stains. The mini fridge was totally empty not even a bottle of water would have expected more. The reception made us feel like second class citizens as she asked her colleague what room should she give us as we had booked via Expedia - she didn’t realise I could understand her I am English. I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

It’s a great hotel in spring and winter. I was there in august there was no AC and the temperatures were in the 80s.

Place is desperate need of renovation, plugs are almost coming out of the wall if you use them. Don't go if you wan to use the pool, it's extra charge and no clothing allowed which isn't explained on the advert. Breakfast was seriously lacking choice The restaurant was good and bar staff were amazing

Personal was wery nice. Breakfast a bit poor. Dinner expensive compare to amount. I was always hungry after dinner so I decided to have a dinner at anothere place.

Room was with cigarette and very bad smell old furniture in the room badroom was also not good

I made a slight mistake in booking this property as I was feeling unwell at the time (moreover in the middle of a long intercontinental trip) and tried to change the dates within less than 10 minutes of making the reservation. In spite of the intervention by Expedia, the hotel insisted that since the rate was fixed and based on a non-cancellable basis, I had to pay the whole amount. I know the property will insist on that aspect, but I would like prospective clients to understand the mentality of this establishment. There are good (in fact much better) alternatives in Breda, just a few kilometers away. Please consider these before booking this place. I did and was not disappointed. I will never book this place again (although my family lives in this town).

Bad service

The hotel was fine but very basic. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. The room was cleaned, i think, everyday or at least someone came in everyday but things werent replaced if empty, bed was just put a little straight, towels not replaced.

Well located hotel on the main motorway for commuting or travelling between Belgium and Rotterdam or Amsterdam. Plenty of free car parking around the hotel which is a welcome treat. Hotel reception, bedroom, Bar and Spa as to be expected for such a hotel group. Spa was nice but not free and cost €15 for entry as a hotel guest - no clothes allowed after 11am in case that is an issue. Bar food was good however as they had introduced a new menu they did not have an English version available which would have been helpful. Personally I found the breakfast a little disappointing as breads were a little hard however there was quite a lot of choice. I would certainly use the hotel again if I was in the area so have no issue in recommending it.

Aesthetically, I thought the exterior of the hotel was amazing. I thought the interior was just okay, kind of average. It lacked a certain energy. So it was clean and functional but that's it. I didn't like that the exercise equipment was unplugged.
