Beach water not as clean as other locations

The staircase was dirty and not safe

The property was very nice very well-maintained . The beach could’ve been cleaned a little bit better in front of their property and their beach chairs are very worn out and dated they can upgrade and get some new ones. The housekeepers were so nice and quiet. It really is a very peaceful property. My vacation was very nice.

It was perfect for a 1 night stay

People are friendly, food are good but information was bad. I miss my flight because I didn’t know you have to be there 2hrs before the flight. But the driver gave me a wrong information and I miss my flight. And it cost over thousands dollars to rebook and accommodation for the next flight..

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Lena at the front desk. Room was quiet and well furnished with a TV and other amenities to make it comfortable. The staff can help book you for tours, etc. Restaurant in the hotel was excellent, huge, and had plenty of seating inside and out next to the Beach. Very nice experience overall.

Smuggler’s Cove Beach Resort was a huge breath of fresh air. The dorm was excellent and immaculately kept. The restaurant had excellent food and drinks. The staff was very friendly. The neighborhood wasn’t the best, but there was a convenient supermarket within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Very aged building. Staff is probably the only reason for the two stars or it would be one star. The checkin process was quick however they labeled your room key with ur room number so in the instance you loose your key and someone finds it- they can easily get into your room. The locks on the doors were faulty. Sometimes they locked- sometimes they didn’t. Make sure to double check that lock is actually locked- not just shut- when leaving the room. The windows were colored in so not able to anything on the outside - didn’t understand why. Ok place to stay if ur just passing thru and don’t care for much- definitely not a place to stay with kids or more than a night. Can’t see myself ever returning back there.

It was perfect. I was looking for a place for a weekend trip to Fiji to relax on the beach, in the ocean and pool, and this was perfect. Was unsure based off some past reviews saying it was loud but my experience of staying in the female dorm on sat and sun night was most of the room was asleep and quiet by 9pm.
