Check in was long due to a bus. But when we finally made it to our room, it was the wrong room. We walked in on a sleeping family that could have turned out wrong. Room smells like the restroom weren't clean. Sofa bed had lots of candy paper in it and the mattress pad was unclean.

Very clean! Breakfast was very good & had a lot of different options to choose from. Beds are a little firmer then what we like, but it wasn’t horrible. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

This was an aweso.w trip, we were so confortable the staff were so kind & helpful. The breakfast was so good & there were so many things to choose from. You name it they had it. Example eggs, sausage, biscuit & gravy, panckes. Hot oatmeal with the works brown sugar, raisins, wàlnuts. So much more.

We stayed at this hotel because we had a family member having surgery & this is where the other members were staying. The hotel is in a good location, there was a Rasin Canes just 1 red light down, a Taco Bell & KFC next door. The hotel was very clean & even had Dove brand soap, lotion, shampoo & conditioner! The only real downside was the bed, it was firm ( i prefer a soft bed). Over all it was a nice place.

I appreciate how the staff is friendly. It was easy to navigate through the hotel. The property was clean and smelled very nice! The room was also very nice! The only issue was the side door (across from KFC) to the right of the main entrance did not work with the key card, other than that everything is great so far.

This property and the staff were all great. My room was clean, had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was fresh and hot.

UPON ARRIVAL, CHECK IN WAS A LITTLE SLOW BUT THE GENTLMAN CHECKING ME WAS FRIENDLY SO NO WORRIES, HOWEVER, HE TOLD US BREAKFAST WAS SERVED UNTIL 10:30, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. I WALKED IN AT 10:02 AM AND BREAKFAST WAS CLOSED, I WAS GREATED WITH READ THE WALL OR YOUR ROOM KEY, ITS OVER AT 10. RUDE. AND BTW WAY NO TIMES ON THE KEY OR KEY CASE. UPON CHECK OUT, I ASKED FOR A RECEIPT WAS TOLD THEY CANNOT PRINT A RECEIPT BECAUSE I BOOKED THRU HOTELS.COM, I ALWAYS BOOK WITH HOTELS.COM AND GET A RECEIPT. ASKED FOR A COPY OF THE PAPER I SIGNED WHEN I CHECKED IN AND WAS TOLD I DIDN'T SIGN ANYTHING. UMMMM, I CERTAINLY DID. THE HOST INSURED ME SHE HAS BEEN THERE 13 YEARS AND KNOWS WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT. CALLED THE MANAGER AND LOW AND BEHOLD I DID INFACT SIGN A PAPER WITH A PRICE AND BOOKING INFO, HOWEVER, I CANNOT HAVE A COPY OF IT. WHAT??? I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS HOTEL AND I FREQUENT THIS AREA OFTEN AS MY CHILD ATTENDS UL. ALSO, BEDS WERE HORRIBLE AND MY 8 YEAR OLD FOUND A BUG CRAWLING IN THE BED!
