Our experience at The Connaught hotel was wonderful. Staffs were friendly and polite. However, it takes time for the hotel to send your luggage to your room and you have to call them again to reconfirm. I was not well on my last night in Delhi and I am not a citizen of India, hence, I couldnot do an online payment to a doctor there. Asked help from the hotel if I could give them cash so they can transfer on my behalf and their answer was no as they are not allowed to do all this. A little disappointed as my condition was as such that I needed a doctor right away.
