My train to Lourdes was canceled due to a worker strike but, despite the language barrier, they worked with me to change my reservation to the next day with essentially no fuss or complications at all. Amazing meal prepared in-house by a couple that seems fully invested in their guests' stay! 10/10 Would definitely stay again!

Hot water to make tea or coffee.at least ceramic cup and kettle to make client comfortable at night.

Hotel de Nevers is an older hotel that is within easy walking distance of the Grotto and basilica. It has some car parking within its rear yard which is accessed via the hotel's garage door (which is shut at night). Our room was an economy room, small and basic, but better rooms are available. The wc was old and very noisy, being a vacuum & disintegrator type. Generally the hotel was not that good, being in need of refurbishment.

Nice location and nice staff

A convienent hotel, but with a very small lift - unable to take even one person and a case! We had to use the stairs to access the third floor and carry our luggage.

When I booked the hotel room, I was not expecting a 5 star hotel, so I was not disappointed. My 2 granddaughters and I shared a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for what we needed. We were on the 3rd floor which could have presented a problem if we had brought more luggage, because the elevator will only accomodate 2 people with only a carry-on. My son & daughter-in-law were on the 1st floor, and their room needed quite a bit of repair; however, it was clean. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying one night in Lourdes, France because the location is perfect, and the price was great!

Hôtel modeste , un peu défraîchi, mais pour le prix 38€ c'est un très bon rapport qualité prix. L'hôtel a l'avantage d'être en centre ville avec parking. Parking à 8€ un peu cher toutefois. Les gérants sont Kossovars , d'une agréable gentillesse. Je recommande pour les petits budgets

La gentillesse du personnel

Accueil très sympathique, la personne à la réception est très gentille. La chambre est petite (chambre eco), et l’hôtel est vieillot, à l’image de la ville... Les équipements sont désuets et la propreté est assez relative. Mais toutefois, pour le prix, c’est suffisant pour passer une nuit. Malgré quelques bruits (on entend un peu les canalisations), c’est très calme. La literie est basique, les draps sont propres, le dessus de lit mériterait un rafraîchissement. Un sèche cheveux disponible dans la salle de bains, petite tv, radiateur d’appoint, un petit placard. Parking à proximité (juste en face), gratuit la nuit. A proximité, un restaurant asiatique délicieux, chez Ly, ou nous sommes allés par hasard.

Het was redelijk schoon. Een beetje ouwe troep. Zou opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken.

Endroit renfermé/Télévision HS/Personnel peu accueillant

The hotel was overbooked, but no suitable alternative was arranged. The alternative provided was barely an hotel, that hotel did not even know we were coming. In the end we quickly booked something else

Non lo potete chiamare hotel. È una vera stalla dove l' ultima pulizia e disinfettazione è stata fatta quando Napoleone faceva i 18 anni. Nemmeno il cambio delle saponette. Mai visto una cosa del genere. Ma la mia domanda e rabbia è verso hotel.com. ma prima di metterlo sul sito qualcuno di voi va a fare una visione di queste stalle piene di sporcizia?

Albergo molto vecchio, letto piccolo e bagno scomodo in compenso molto economico, € 35 la camera doppia, più 5 o 8 a persona per la colazione.

Chambre confortable et spacieuse avec une moquette au sol j'ai adoré, les petits déjeuners, sont complets, le personnel est fort sympathique et à l'écoute. Cet établissement se situe dans le centre-ville et à proximité de toutes commodités et de tous les lieux à visiter.

Hotel calme aec une chambre un peu petite pour un grand lit. Il est regrétable de ne fournir les accessoires pour la douche pour 2 jours alors que j'y ai séjourné 3 nuits. Par contre,parking privé et sécurisé.

Piacevole anche se con qualche inconveniente. L'albergo è una vecchia struttura tenuta bene. Raccomandabile per il parcheggio privato e la posizione vicino ai luoghi di interesse.
