The room was excellent, very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was first rate. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Can we just make special mention of maitre D Marco? He was so professional and overall just great at his job, a real credit to the hotel.

A really pleasant stay at the property with the family. Breakfast menu was extensive and impressive. Service was very good.

Good hotel with parking for stay near Reading & Heathrow

Room service was delivered in a hot trolley. No warning was given that the shelves and plates were red hot and I burnt my when trying to remove the food from the shelves. This resulted in my spilling food on the floor which was wasted. I was then charged £125 for carpet cleaning despite the problem being caused by the hot trolley. Very dissapointing that I didn't even get an apology for the inconvenience of burning my hand, never mind being charged for it. Beware..

Great hotel and very quiet location. Came in to clear my head and prepare for 2025. The facility was clean and well maintained. The sauna and steam room was superb. The pool was clean but a bit cold when I visited.

Hotel has everything needed, our stay was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and inviting. Ample Parking, and delicious food at restaurant. Only small thing I would request the hotel to have at least 1 US plug or adapter for visitors. All other hotels had some sort of arrangement like USB C charging etc.

All of the above, plus great pool, sauna, etc. Lovely staff, very clean

Always spotless, large perfect room

Stated with the kids after a day at LEGOLAND. The pool was only open to children from 7-10am which was not explained to us at point of purchase. Service was good, room was decent value for its price point.

Staff were great, from reception to restaurant staff. Room immaculately clean, facilities great, food wonderful. Great value

Lovely hotel with lovely staff and a brill breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Facilities were good. The hotel is in an industrial estate so there is really nothing around and the view from the room is a little bleak but didn’t impact our stay at all - we had a great time!

lovely comfortable and clean room, quiet and dark so had a great nights sleep. Enjoyed the pool and spa area which was very clean and well maintained. All the staff were polite and friendly.

Fabulous. Great food in Monty’s Lounge. Didn’t sleep that well but think that was nerves before an event. Enjoyed the gym and pool.

Excellent hotel for family stays nice an clean staff are welcoming. The bed was really comfortable. Room on the other hand was on the smaller side otherwise all good. We got breakfast which was ok nothing too special and the glasses for fresh juices had a bad smell to them.
