Certainly no frills. Nothing specifically bad about the service, staff were friendly enough. A 3 star hotel at best. It is really our mistake for booking it as we expected more from a Hilton brand. Upon arrival, no assistance with luggage. Check in took over 30 minutes and we were first in the queue. A trainee staff assisted us while the senior staff was 'busy' on his phone. We only got our first room at 3:30pm. The second room was not ready and they didn't have joining rooms despite having a single booking with 2 rooms. Rooms themselves are old and not very clean. Not sure they can feel clean given their age. More like a motor inn. No fresh water provided in room after day one. Buffet breakfast is available with a few healthy options. Lack of quality restaurants nearby. There's really nothing to write home about. The average user ratings don't reflect the quality of the hotel.

Decent stay, with good wifi, but pillows are too thin and the service could be slightly improved. The location is good, with a supermarket close by.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was nice, in good condition, and offered good views of the city. They honored my room preference for a high floor and away from the elevator. They had nice amenities, including a free breakfast, pool and hot tub, and a small workout room. It's also conveniently located to many restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again in Belo.
