This hotel is very suitable for passengers flying early in the morning because it is located right in the center of the check-in area for the plane. There are many restaurants around it.

The ambience and cleanliness is great, unfortunately I got a non windows side so I can't enjoy the scenery around this hotel. Anyway I really enjoyed the stay because the front staff is so friendly and help me a lot. Thank you.

The location is very close so it is easy to get to the airport

Comfortable hotel but very difficult to locate as no information provided regarding how to find the hotel when booking, and there are two hotels of the same time - one airside and one outside immigration. Coupled with the language difficulties, it took us a very long time, late at night, to locate the hotel and check-in.

Clean room, nice place to stay if you have to catch up a morning flight, breakfast is delicious with variety of menus. It 's close to a new shopping and food area at fountain garden, just a few minutes walk inside terminal 3. Very recommended.

It is located right inside Haneda Airport Terminal 3. So it is very suitable for those who need an early departure or a place to rest.

Hotel location is very convenient for those who need to travel or transit especially for early morning 's flight as the same floor with the departure floor. Many shops and restaurants around the hotel too.

If you fly to Haneda at night, especially during winter, I highly recommend it.

Location is very convenient, it's inside the airport and gates are right outside the hotel. Although I booked the one inside the airport because we do not have Japan visa, we were told that our booking is in Japan side, which is outside and we need to go through immigration. The receptionist is very nice and accommodated us in the one inside the airport which is such a breeze and we did not have to go out anymore. The room is small which is expected for a transit hotel but very clean and complete with night gowns, slippers and toiletries. 👍🏻.

Please advise your client that though it is inside the airport traveller still needs visa because you are required to exit gia immigration.

Location inside haneda airport that easier for me because I bring my baby. Clean and nice view from my room.

The person who checked me into my room was very unhelpful and did not help solved problems. I had to get a manager to fix everything.

I ever stayed here for three times because of the tight flight schedules, it 's really helpful and comfortable 🙂.
