This was my first time on the West coast and the staff were absolutely amazing. Very polite, helpful with information on local places to eat, and they helped make my stay so much better. 10/10 amazing staff and clean facility. Next time I travel to Tumwater I plan on staying here again.

Check in was fast and friendly. He quickly accommodated my request for a ground room floor…there being no elevator.

It was a nice room. Large enough for me for the two nights. A little old but not bad at all. The breakfast was OK, not great. There was a sign that said to "Ask about gluten free options" but the only thing (outside some of the cereal and oatmeal) was gluten free bread.

The location is good off the I5. There are many eating choices in the area. The pet area was very small and monopolized by two men at the pic nic table. Neither of which had a dog. The room was clean and comfortable.

Our stay was quite enjoyable. The staff were friendly and very professional and the room was clean and quite comfortable. The welcome bag for our furry friend was a nice touch. Our only complaint is that the carpet in the room seemed oddly and ever so slightly damp. Not sure what the source of this might be, but it was not enough to seriously impact the overall experience.

We had a unique situation with an elderly guest and an illness. The staff member, Heather was able to help us change rooms. So we had a more accessible room on the first floor. (Other staff mumbled about the inconvenience of cleaning rooms etc.) When my mother became ill, Heather was able to extend our stay. Thanks for your help!
