It’s a hotel right at the city centre with easy access to shops and restaurants. Also, one of the main locations to get picked up for different activities and very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent location in the city center of Rovaniemi. The hotel itself is rather functionally furnished, but offers all the amenities which a traveller might need. The breakfast is excellent and prepares you well for a day of exploration in Lapland. The friendly staff is an enormous asset - they helped us a few times with taxi bookings and even helped us to find an intercity bus schedule. The only downside is a somewhat neglected maintenance - there’s quite a bit of wall chipping which is probably a result of customers hitting them with big bags. However, those do not diminish the experience. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Rovaniemi is a small city so I’m not sure what the other hotels are like. While the service and location of this hotel was excellent, I didn’t understand the 4star hotel rating. There were holes in the curtains, the conditioner was almost empty when we arrived, there was no hand lotions, the shower rack was falling off the wall. There’s no safe in the room so we had to travel everywhere with our passports and valuables. I just expected a bit nicer accommodation for a 4star hotel. Again, the staff were friendly and the room was clean so I don’t want to seem ungrateful.

A very welcoming hotel close to everything in town. Staff were so welcoming. The room was nice and clean. Very close to transportation to the train, airport and Santa’s village. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nearby the city center bus stops, a distance of around 1.5 miles to the passenger train station. The bus stop for connections to Santa's Village is right next door

The receptionists we met on Sunday around 1pm were super friendly and accommodating. The two receptionists working on Monday 5pm were super not friendly and they did not even want to open the locker room for us to get our luggages. They also asked us to use the bathrooms in the restaurant not inside the hotel. Their attitudes were as cold as the weather in rovaniemi.

We stayed for the night on our way to Ranua. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and even something for our youngest, fussy daughter. We wanted to go to Santa’s village in the morning before getting the bus to Ranua and were able to leave our luggage in their cupboard whilst we did. The bus goes from across the road to Santa’s village.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean, beds are not the comfiest, but we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for transport links, tour operating offices and restaurants. Thank you

Good location. Sauna is decent. No gym at least not that I’m aware of which is a bummer. Very helpfull staff. Breakfast is your typical hotel buffet breakfast, either you enjoy it or you don’t.

Recommend!!!! Location is perfect! My husband and I were able to walk to the mall, restaurants, souvenir shops and always had the option to take the bus to popular sites like Santa Park and Santa’s Village. Staff is the best! Very helpful and so kind!

Good location close to center of town. Nice clean room and good food at the restaurant. Covered on site parking - good option considering it snowed overnight. 10 min drive to Santa Village.

Two-night business trip. Service was spot on, customer orientated employers. Comfy bed but the room was a bit too cold in my opinion.

Could I sleep overnight? Yes. Very clean and friendly staff. Would I come again? No. Not worth the money. Rooms are sterile hotel room that you can find any cheap hotel. Interior design missing except few wooden things to bring the 'Lappish' touch. Well, the result is failure. one could expect TV and phone to function in the most expensive hotel room on the market. The attached restaurant recommended by the staff had a very limited menu, Due to COVID there were very few customers but the order took ages. The staff seem not to have any interest to prepare the food. Cleaning the kitchen floor and chatting had the priority.
