Friendly and helpful staff. Location wise is not far from centre of Ubud. The 2 bedroom villa is spacious. They should maintain the facilities well because the bathtub at upper floor drain very quickly. Cleanliness is okay.

It's a really cool experience staying here, the price is cheap and you can also get a buthup, it's interesting. If you want to go to Kintamani or the Ubud area, there are also many tourist destinations and beautiful cafes.

Staying here is quite good for the accesibility to gekko tubing and jungle cart. Close to activities in ubud area. But if you get to stay at the 2nd floor, be ready to lift up your luggae to the stairs 😅

Staying here is actually nice with the view of the rice fields, the downside is the water problem huhu. In the morning, we had to leave but we couldn't take a shower because the water was off.

We are checking out after 1x change room in the middle of the night, the rooms soo dirty, lack of maintenance, all rooms smell bad, the bedsheet have a lot of spots and ripped, not recommended and will not go back.
