I try to ask for a lower level room but I was given 3rd floor which really a struggle on my part knowing that it exhaust me when going upwards.

If you have a limited budget for your stay, then this Hotel is okay. The place is quite. Though the aircon didn't cool enough the whole room despite full level. I like the area size of the room enough for a single occupancy. I am just a little bit scary in their Hotel Lobby since lights are turned off-very far from the picture of their lobby in Apps wherein very enticing. I would recommend this Hotel for those Backpackers and those with very little budget.

When I arrived at 2:30am on December 8, 2022, the room was not prepared yet even if I called at 9:30pm on December 7, 2022 informing the hotel staff my estimated time of arrival. The hotel staff did not even try to help me with my luggage specially that my room was at the 3rd floor and the hotel has no elevator. I was already very tired and sleepy then. The room has television but has not remote control. In the afternoon of December 8, 2022, I arrived tired from a meeting outside and missed to lock the door in my room. While I was lying in my bed naked, the lady hotel staff suddenly opened the door in my room then she left. She did not bother to apologise. She did not even knock on the door first before opening which is a basic hotel courtesy. With that incident, I felt unsecure in my room. I checked out at 11pm on December 8, 2022.

In the afternoon of December 9, I was so tired from a meeting outside and I forgot to lock the door after closing it. While I was lying on my bed, the lady hotel staff suddenly opened the door in my room. She did not even say sorry. She did not knock on the door first before opening which is a basic hotel courtesy. Didn't she know that the room is occupied by me? Very disgusting. I don't feel safe there. When I arrived at 2:30am, the hotel staff did not even bother to help me with my luggage specially that my room was in the 3rd floor and the hotel has no elevator. When I checked in at 2:30am, the room was not yet prepared when in fact I called at 9:30pm informing the hotel staff my time of arrival. I was so sleepy and tired already at 2:30am and the room wasn't ready yet. There was a television in the room but without remote control.
