For Indonesian people, the toilet has no bidet, but it's ok and clean, the room is comfortable, the surrounding environment is ok. Lots of food 24 hours

On Sunday, no cleaning staff worked for our room. It would be better to install a jet shower for the toilet

Hotel is one of the best option, location wise. Super convenient going to malls, street food, and MRT station. ⭐.‼But what disappoints 😕 me was actually the toilet doesn't have bidet spray and there 's a glass wall to separate the toilet and bath. This is not comfortable for me, especially when I am entering the bathroom and the door is blocking the way to get in. I have to squeeze myself 😂.

Love the loft room. The room is clean and bed is comfortable.

The room size is small but enough for resting. The swimming pool is not too deep and the view is good, there is a laundry place (paid), close to the MRT, bus station, lots of halal restaurants and souvenir shops. Suggestion: for a family, it is better to order 2 rooms with connecting rooms. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room is good, that level. Especially clean. The location is very strategic, in front of the hotel directly the bus stop. If you want to stay near Bugis, this hotel is recommended. In front of the hotel, there is also a mall and food court.

My room view was blocked with black wall by next door building, when I request to change room they said no other room available. The staff seems have difficulties in English. After was my first night the room attendant knocked my room to be clean on 9am when I was still asleep. I left note to ask if we can get more water bottles but seems they just ignored which its normal request whenever I travel. Room rather small. Can say the staff not really friendly nor genuine as service industry. Good point is the location is convenient within Bugis and near to 2 mrt station bugis and bras basah.

5 minutes walk to Bugis MRT, shopping centre is everywhere in the neighborhood, marina bay is in walkable distance

The shape of the loft hotel is actually unique, but for me mercure bugis is a champion location where many fine dining places can be obtained by walking only around the hotel. There is also a Lanskape heritage, nearby.

For families who adhere to a vegetarian lifestyle, this hotel is very suitable because next to the Mercure there is a Fortune center building that has vegetarian restaurants that are recommended for breakfast, lunch and dinner, many shopping centers such as Bugis +, Bugis function, OG, Bugis street , etc around it. Room condition is rather dirty, dusty.

The bedroom and bathroom are too small.

Room a bit small, although it is 23 sq.m. but seperated into 2 floors which quite small for each floor. Tiny bathroom which no place to hang any cloth or towel. Bathroom and toilet are seperated which is not quite convenient. Good location. near MRT and shopping mall but I didn't spend much time in that area.
