My wife left this hotel in one hour after check-in, as soon as she saw the room. The room was dirty, air-conditioner didn't work etc. As a result, she had to find a new accommodation in Tallinn, late in night. The hotel was paid for 5 days, but according to Expedia agent answer, the property manager refused to make a refund and Expedia didn't refund us. DON'T BOOK AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE.

Good access to beach, balcony and pool. Pool closes somewhat early at 22:00; could management consider extending to 23:00? No large dinner plates in the apartment!

The location is superb. Pay extra for sea view. Best view in Tallinn. Outside pool is definetly good perk. Cosy restaurant just next door. Recommended for everyone, couples, families , singles. Transportation to the city every 5 minutes. Grocery just cross the road.

Great location with large grocery within walking distance. Excellent and reasonably priced restaurant bar next door. Reception staff is fluent in Estonian, Russian, and English at least. Complete with the basic amenities for cooking your own meals, to include dishes, silverware, and pots/pans. However, there is no temperature controls other than opening windows. The beds are minimally padded making for a rough night for those who are normally pampered. They however charge for expected conveniences like... housekeeping and fresh towels.Supposedly there is a spa co-located but never saw a single person utilize it as the entrance to the spa was always locked despite it being advertised as being open.

I only booked it for the spa access as it says "spa access for all rates , then the lady at the reception said that my fare doesn't include spa , and when i showed her what expedia and my reservation says , she said we do not have a spa!! And they dont , she tried to convince me that the swimming pool is the spa , ( out door small pool) in a 10c is useless. And then coldly said make a complaint..

This apartment hotel is right by the beach. We had a heated swimming pool right in front of us plus a nice patio deck then it's onto the beach. It great to sit out there from about midday onwards and enjoy the sun and at this time of year right through to the sunset at around 10pm, with the sun setting right in front of the apartment. The apartments are non smoking, but just about everybody was smoking on the deck in front of the rooms and with the on shore breeze the smoke soon filled up the room. There was some smokers staying on one side of us and another couple two away on the other side that must have got through a packet each hour. It was easy to get the bus into the old town and if you get yourself a bus card it is very very cheap to get to the central city. The Restaurant at the hotel is rather average but quite cheap. Good free WiFi.

Hotel room and facilities were very good. Loved the location right on the beach as well as the two restaurants in the same building as the hotel. One restaurant, St. Patrick's, had a great variety of food and really reasonable prices. The other, Velvet, had great sushi and possibility for take away to the room. Getting to Tallinn city for the day was easy and convenient with the bus stop just a short walk away. The kitchenette in the room and refrigerator were very convenient. The pool and hot tub were nice and very clean and right on the beach with a great view. We booked the sauna twice, which cost 15 euro per hour but was very nice and even had radio in there and a cold water bucket in the shower for in between sauna trips. There was some confusion with booking treatments for the salon and massage, the reception mixed up the times and wasn't ready for the treatments when we came. One of the times we booked the sauna they also weren't at the desk to give us the key so we lost part of our sauna time. There also wasn't very clear information given during check in and check out. The service could definitely be better and more professional and they need to get organized better at reception. Overall, however, very positive stay and would definitely come back!

Very nice & comfortable hotel/apartment. Only drawback was neighbor noise - walls are not soundproof.

For the room and location you are getting - it's a very cheap hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, beautiful view. Staff are friendly. In addition to that, the room has a microwave, fridge, stove, kettle, so if needed, you may even cook something while staying there.

The hotel apartment was better than i expected with the late check in. Not much interaction with staff, couldnt figure out the heating nor was other info given by the front desk.

This place is marginal at best. The woman that checked me in was rude.

Very disappointing stay. The room was dirty with sand everywhere, the toilet was not clean, the sofa had several burn marks, and the mattresses were completely worn out. Overall, the place felt neglected and uncomfortable. Definitely would not return.

The building and room had humidity issues. The smell was terrible, my skin was itchy and my throat was blocked during the stay. Otherwise the room was nice and the location was excellent 👌staff was nice and I felt welcomed and safe during my stay.

Hotel was dirty and old. Room smelled bad. Full of hidden fees like: Pool cost 10€, loungechairs 10€, new towels 10€. Pool area was dirty and didn't have clear opening hours. Also hotel towels not allowed to take to the pool or the beach. The only nice thing was that the pool was heated.
