After confirming by text my arrival time I still had to wait 20mins outside the building for someone to bring a key.. after a quick tour of the place &handing over 50€ for one night I realised none of the airco remotes were in the flat. I called the contact a few times (10pmish, without any response) and was only told the next day when I called again that bcs of Covid precautions airco remotes were removed (mid Aug, and no other accomodations on my trip had the same rule) There was a Tv that didnt work at all, not a single channel was available and the toilet flush that was hidden wasnt shown either during the hasty tour. Considering the whole experience, this was terrible value for money and dissapointing service!

I visited this particular Apartment during the Christmas period of 2023 and I can say that our stay was perfect on all levels. Rooms clean like the rest of the areas but also economical! I recommend it.....

We had stayed once in October 21' in an overrated basement that smelled of damp, it was definitely not clean since our socks inside the room were dirty, with the shower the tiles that "hold" the water didn't hold at all and filled the bathing waters. Damaged and broken toilet lid, wardrobe where you couldn't leave things because it was visibly damp, TV from another era, bed and "white" items that you felt uncomfortable to sleep in and we were shivering from the cold (with the observation that if the air conditioner is used in the cool there is an additional charge). The only thing right, the system to get the keys. 55+ euros a night for all this and poor aesthetics. And I've seen the owner respond to reviews, and instead of taking them and considering upgrading her accommodations, she curses at the people who make comments to her...

The whole process to get into the room, the owner was nowhere to be seen. There were no air conditioner remote controls to keep us warm. On the other hand, we only want to collect. Disproportionate value for money

Clean comfortable room, location near the center, all necessary electrical appliances needed are there, reasonable prices. Highly recommended!!
