The rest is good, except that the chair in the room has stains and you still have to use the stairs if you are carrying a lot of stuff or bringing small children, which is a bit of a hassle.

Overall is good. Note for check-in service, because the room model is separated in several buildings, there should be an officer who is always ready to help guests from showing the location of the room and carrying luggage. Breakfast variations are added. Cleanliness is more considered. If the pool had warm water, it would be better. Plus points for the response to claims which is quite fast.
