The room wasn't very clean. The blanket had dried dirt on it. The food wasn't very tasty either. There was soto, but the rice noodles were stale. Hopefully, this can be improved.

The hotel staff is friendly and quick to assist with parking and luggage. It's best not to have paid drinks in your room, as they're considered a hotel amenity, even though they're actually paid.

Stayed for 5 days. The staff forgot to take out the trash and refill the tissues. The sheets were not changed, and the towels were changed daily.

very detrimental and disappointing. They said the room was non-smoking even though the system had already selected a smoking room. They just charged/no notification on the 2nd day even though they were still staying for 3 days.

The room I booked didn't say it was a connecting room 😥 so it wasn't soundproof, in fact the person in the next room was snoring so loudly that it was hard for me to sleep 😑
