Dirty bed cover and sheets on the bed. No shampoo in the bathroom. AC is not cold.

disappointed to change here, the room air conditioner is not cold. the clogged sink has been complained but still not fixed. the soap ran out and was not refilled and there was still trash from previous guests in the trash can not be thrown away even though it was only a sachet coffee wrapper. not staying here twice

The hotel staff is friendly. The room is clean, the downside is I asked for a double bed but got a twin bed instead.

The room is spacious for a fairly affordable price, it's worth it.

I stayed here during peak season so the price was more expensive than usual, for a rate above 1 million the facilities were lacking, the shower in the bathroom was also broken (the switch knob didn't work). The distance to the city center is indeed close, but because the area is near the market area, it is indeed more crowded, the parking lot is integrated with the mall which is still under renovation so if you want to park, wait until the mall is quiet before you can get parking

The hotel staff is quite friendly and the hotel feels like it is in a shopping center location. Very pleasant.
