1) At time I want to check in, the receptionist immediately tell me there is no room available yet he didn't ask me whether I already book the room or walk in. 2) Then when I give my booking number, he tell me that aircond remote just left 1 only.. and he still got others customer to come, so he asks me to give back the remote after I setting the aircond temperature, it is already 2am..3) he then say there is no tv remote that can be use... so I need to switch on the tv by manual.. this is worst experienced ever.
