Friendly frontdesk, helpful and professional.

Our family stayed at room 30809 and we had a great time. The room was spacious and clean. The staffs were very friendly and polite. The only thing we don't like was that our room doesn't have a small fridge or even a kettle for coffee. There were also no hangers in the closet to hang our clothes. Not even a mirror to use when you're putting on a make-up or fixing yourself in the living room/bedroom and no chair as well for the desk. We expected more for an accommodation in the vicinity of Makati. But nevertheless, we love our stay and we will come back for sure.

The room was so spacious and clean. Staff were accommodating, too. So comfy! Will stay again in the near future.

This hotel on the outside is quite nice with a pretty view of "garden" which looks quite attractive but does not bring comfort to the interior like antiques, facilities are inconvenient. As for rules and how to manage to make me feel like I'm not a customer, they consider me as employees

Rooms are spacious. I love it though, need to improve the cleanliness.
