Stayed here for 4 days, room was adequate at best for the price. Door lock didn't work, bathroom was constantly filled with mosquitos every time I returned because the fan was directly vented outside without anyway to stop them from coming in. Killed the biggest spider I've ever seen outside of a zoo on the last night, although that could probably happen anywhere. Problem ...they advertise a restaurant except it's closed because they don't have a chef ( although somehow they are open for breakfast?? ) the complete lack of a proper bar tells me they have no interest in having that amenity. But, no restaurant way out of town prompted me to rent a scooter since I couldn't eat there. Positives, pool is very nice, staff were friendly. Beach, water are is not what I would call a swimming area, rocky and tons of boats moored close in.

Their pool is nice with a deep spot for diving, didnt stay at the villas but the rooms and bathrooms need updating (not every bathroom has a bidet)

We stayed at Villa Kiam with a large group. Villa was fantastic. It's older, but we weren't expecting modern. We wanted something local to the area, by the water, with amenities like a pool. We had a great time. I read a lot of bad reviews on here and they seem to be very misleading. We had a wonderful time and the villa was amazing. The pool was clean. Everything was wonderful.

This place offers the best sunset spot in Bohol. We stayed here last March 1 to 5, 2022. Well after the Odette typhoon Bohol is still getting back to how they were before. This place is best for families and pets. We enjoyed the neighbors dogs. We stayed in the Hut 4 which is beach front. The beach is just okay its often low tide so if you wanted to swim they have a pool that goes until 8 feet deep. This place is also perfect pickup and drop off point when you go Island Hopping! If you wanted to find the best boat to rent. Message me I'll recommend the one we rented. That made it possible for us to see the wild Dolphins.
