8th Floor Room 818. (+) Friendly Security & Receptionist (+) Quiet & Clean Swimming Pool. (+) Hot Water & Wifi Ok. (+) TV Channels ok, but the picture is blurry 🙈 (-) Pay for Motorcycle Parking 50 thousand, What about Car? Hehehe (-) No towels, tissues, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, (-) The balcony glass is very dirty, even though it can be wiped. (-) There is a refrigerator, but it's not cold? (-) The AC is not cold enough, between there and not. (-) The leather mattress is slippery like a car seat 🤭 (-) The bed sheet doesn't fit the thickness of the mattress, so I keep taking it off because the mattress is slippery lol. Then because I was tired of tidying up the sheets, I finally gave up sleeping on the car seat leather mattress which had been stained with sweat from the previous guests who were tired of tidying up the sheets like me. And the last option was to sleep on the floor with a sheet. Hahahaha. Do you understand how annoyed I am here? Staying in a hotel for 380 thousand + parking 50 but sleeping on the floor? 😆 (-) Admin, oh my God, during my daily hotel/apartment stays, this is the first time I have found an admin who is less responsive, less friendly, replying to chats without any pleasantries. If asked whether I would come back or not, the answer is no thank you, this is the most traumatic experience of staying, especially the mattress problem. 🤗

if possible, there should be AC maintenance, it came when it was really hot, when I checked the AC, it turned out to be really dirty Another suggestion is that pots, pans, and magic jars should be provided in the room, it would be a shame for those who really want to staycation to cook, but when they get there, there are no utensils... thank you

There was a big cockroach hahaha but it was killed immediately. Unfortunately, there were no towels provided

Room on the 8th floor, room 828, clean and spacious room, wifi ok. It's satisfying. My advice to other prospective tenants is that before going to the apartment, you should make an appointment with the number applied, to make it easier.

Overall okay. Affordable price, clean and comfortable apart. Just the check-in process is quite annoying. Asked the receptionist, didn't understand so I had to wait about 4o minutes. Finally I was explained that I had to call the number listed on the application. I clicked on the telephone number in the application. The first number is connected to the voice box. Tried the second number, I was rejected 😅. I tried wa and then it answered. What's strange is that I was asked by the wrong cellphone number, where did I get the cellphone number 😁. Just a suggestion, if you include your telephone number in the application, it means you must be prepared to be contacted by unknown numbers who might be potential guests of your apartment. Don't reject it, okay?

Strategic location, quite quiet atmosphere, friendly staff and security, only lacking room maintenance, broken bathroom door. So when taking a shower it can open by itself 🙏.

Tempatnya Bagus dan Rapi, ada balkon juga dengan pemandangan yang cukup indah dari lantai 21. Kapan kapan nginap lagi di sini.

I want to do an honest review, yesterday the unit looked like it hadn't been lived in for a long time. Dust and that's it. My advice is that if someone is checking in, it's better to clean it a bit first. There are fragrances too and so on. Amenities were not provided at all, fortunately I brought my own amenities.

Over priced with average service quality. Ada banyak opsi yang lebih baik dibandingkan menginap di apartemen harian, juga dengan harga serupa di area yang sama yaitu Citra dream memiliki fasilitas yang memang di khususkan untuk hotel. Berikut hal basic yang tidak ada di apartemen ini: 1. Sulit mencari parkir pada malam hari khususnya untuk tamu hanya dapat parkir di area terbuka. 2. Owner sulit dikontak dan menitip kunci kepada satpam namun tidak ada pemberitahuan spesifik sehingga menunggu cukup lama di lobby, namun setelah terhubung owner sangat helpful dan friendly. 3. Kamar tidak ada peralatan basic seperti sikat gigi, handuk, dan sabun. 4. Galon air tersedia namun pipa nya sepertinya kotor karena air yang ditarik terlihat tidak 100% bening. 5. Kolam renang tidak bisa digunakan dan sudah lama dalam perbaikan. 6. Harga tidak murah, hampir 400rb yang dimana harga ini sudah bisa mendapat budget plus hotel seperti bintang 3-4. Maaf atas review buruknya tapi hal paling penting yang bisa dirubah dan tidak memerlukan effort besar adalah menyediakan sikat gigi (2000an/ pcs beli grosir), sabun batangan (1000/ pcs), dan handuk kecil.
