The staff is very friendly, the place is comfortable and suitable for a staycation with family. There are many seating areas that can be used to relax. For those looking for peace and quiet, you can book another room type, because if there is an event, the sound from the garden area will be very audible. The AC in this room is not cold enough :(. Oh yes, the room is cleaned every day and towels are changed, so don't worry about cleanliness!

The hotel is tucked away in a residential area, and the streets are a bit narrow. It's pretty normal, since it's an older hotel.

The hotel's concept is okay. But the room cleanliness is spotty; it's obvious the sheets aren't changed often. The toilet, especially, is DIRTY. We got a Paradise Room with a top view, near the entrance. It was noisy until early morning, with vehicles coming and going, and people's voices. If it's built close to the road, it should have been soundproofed. We had morning activities, but we couldn't rest until 2:00.

Yesterday I got a room on the 2nd floor of the main building.... a suggestion for the owner, if you're in the hallways at night, give them good lighting... why would the lighting be so dim that it makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up when I walk through the hallway... If the room is already nice and spacious enough.... it's just that the bed sheets and pillowcases are already faded white, so they look dirty..

Staying in Malang feels like Ubud. You can see the greenery, there is a river right away but not far from the city center. First time staying here for 2 nights, it was fun. The swimming pool is not too deep and safe for children.
