or 4 nights here. comfortable and clean room, very strategic location, friendly and helpful staff, standard delicious food. what I like most is that it is near Lembang square, access to Dago, to Bandung, to Cikole is very easy. If I go to Lembang again, I might book here again. thx rumaterra☺

Always like to stay at rumaterra, clean and tidy. It's just that when it's crowded with visitors it's a bit noisy when they're playing billiards in the living room. Overall it's always great to stay at rumaterra

The staff is very friendly and the service is very good. But yesterday we got on the 1st floor so the room was a bit stuffy and there was no window because the room was inside the room and the sofa was not soft and the wood felt like it when we slept so our bodies ached. But the rest was great😊

The hotel staff is very friendly, the location is strategic near the market so if you want to look for food at night there are many choices. Got a room, it's quite good even though it's not soundproof, then there's no ventilation so it's really closed, but unfortunately the minus is the bed, the bed is already rickety if it can be fixed.. The wifi is smooth. For breakfast it feels pretty good. The hotel area is really like a house that's why it's called a guest house, but unfortunately in the room, or at least in the room area can be provided a gallon water dispenser.. Overall staying here is safe and comfortable.. Thank you Rumaterra guest house 😊

According to the price and the staff is very friendly, we have a direct request for a fast response, please maintain it and what must be noted in room 108 is that there is no water heater, but that's okay, it doesn't really interfere with comfort.

The room was really nice and convenience. The area is really cold so no need AC. The location is really strategic to go any tourism places. Clean place and great atmosphere. Friendly staff. We can borrow hairdryer and iron for free.

Second time staying here. I happened to get a room with a clogged bathroom drain. Reported to the staff and they immediately replaced me with a suitable room. Comfortable room and a lodging area that feels like home. Overall, I am still satisfied staying here

Comfortable place and friendly service.

So far so good. The staff is friendly and responsive. Maybe breakfast could be more varied because the menu is the same for 2 days, maybe a fan could be provided in the room because during the day it's hot, and there's only 1 plug.

It turned out that when I arrived to check in I had to make a 100 thousand deposit first, then when I checked in it was returned. The service was okay. The location is right on the side of the road, but it's quite noisy. Alhamdulillah, the room is very comfortable even though it's small. The mattress and pillows are soft, clean and fragrant. I got a liter of drinking water and a thermos filled with hot water, I got a towel and toiletress. The hot water bathroom worked smoothly but the floor was not very clean. On the 2nd floor there is a small prayer room that is good for praying close to the room. Overall, this is a pretty good budget accommodation but has good facilities
