A semi-indoor heated pool with large towels provided. Complaints about the AC not cooling enough were promptly addressed and resolved after adding freon. Breakfast was quite varied and delicious. The rooms were quite spacious, and the TV channel selection was decent. For the price, it was well worth it 👍🏼

It's unusual for the mattress to be itchy, I don't know why, but it's sad even though the indoor swimming pool is nice and not cold... the food is okay... the AC is really cold

I booked through Traveloka and immediately called the hotel to confirm a non-smoking room. They agreed. When I arrived, it turned out to be a smoking room, even though there was a toddler there. I asked for it to be cleaned, but it still smelled of cigarettes.

The location is good, next to Alfa, and at night there are many vendors around the hotel. The bedroom and bathroom are quite spacious. Wi-Fi is quite so-so. Breakfast is quite varied, full at around 8 pm. Motorcycle parking is in the basement, the TV is not a smart TV yet.

All the staff are friendly and the hotel environment is comfortable. The swimming pool is a favorite entertainment spot at this hotel. A gym would be even more complete.

There were no tissues in the room. I thought, why isn't there a tissue box? I was afraid they would think I was stealing. Finally, I called CS, I asked why there wasn't a tissue box? The answer was, yes, ma'am, it's true there aren't any, we only provide toilet paper. Isn't it really sad, a deluxe room priced at around 600 doesn't have any tissues in the room. Girls who do makeup need tissues, people who eat also need tissues. The room was clean, water was abundant. I booked + breakfast, but because of urgent business, I checked out at dawn, so I didn't try the breakfast menu. Stayed here because I wanted to watch the Sheila on 7 concert at JIExpo. From the room window you can see Monas and the sunset.
